京津冀地区（部分院校）： 1. 人民大学
复试内容：
1.政治理论考核：面向所有进入复试名单的考生，考核形式为线下闭卷笔试。满分50分，成绩计入
复试总成绩。
2.综合素质面试和英语考核：面向进入复试名单的正常批面试考生。综合素质面试根据考生在面试
过程中的表现，重点考察考生的沟通能力、分析能力、应变能力、协作精神，判断其在管理领域是
否具有发展潜力，满分400分。英文考核主要考察考生的英文听力和口语水平，满分50分。

个人面试（25分钟左右）
①中文自我介绍：使用PPT（5-10页）进行中文自我介绍，PPT内容可包括个人教育经历、
工作经历和主要业绩、个人优劣势分析、选择MBA的原因、未来十年规划、特长爱好等。
（不超过5分钟）
②中文个人面试：全面考察考生的综合素质能力。（时间为15分钟左右）
③英文口语面试：考察考生英文口语水平。（时间为3分钟左右）

复试内容：
均以面试形式进行，主要对考生进行以下两方面的考核（满分500分）：
（1）综合能力考核（包含专业知识、学习能力、创新能力、灵活运用知识能力、表达能
力等）满分400分，占复试比80%；
（2）外语能力考核满分100分，占复试比20%。复试时外语语种与考生初试语种一致。
同时，还将组织考生的思想政治素质和品德考核，包括复试和后续政审两个阶段；对考
核结果不合格者不予录取。

复试内容：
1.专业能力及综合素质考核（240分）
考核内容：重点考察考生的综合管理知识、整体素质、管理潜质及英语应用能力。
考核方式：面试。复试小组根据考生背景材料的情况从各个方面对参加复试的考生进行逐个考核，
考生当场回答问题，必要时，复试小组成员会就相关问题进一步提问。
（1） 国际工商管理（全日制）：A+B轮
A轮：群面（中文无领导小组讨论，约50分钟/组）、个面（英文，约15分钟/人）。
B轮：个面（中文，约5分钟/人）。
（2） 工商管理（非全日制，包括 04 综合方向及 06医疗管理方向）：群面（中文无领导小组讨
论，约50分钟/组）、个面（中英文，约15分钟/人）。
（3）高级管理人员工商管理硕士（非全日制，EMBA）：
群面（中文无领导小组讨论，约60分钟/组）、个面（中文，约8分钟/人）。

华南地区（部分院校）： 1. 中山大学（管理学院）

复试内容：
（1）外语听说能力测试（100分）
时间5分钟。口语测试题由考生抽签作答，评委和考生进行口语交流，根据考生表现综合独
立评分。本项测试与综合素质与专业知识考核同时进行。
（2）综合素质与专业知识考核（100分）
时间15分钟。考生准备5分钟以内PPT，汇报内容包含个人简介、学习工作经历、各类获奖
情况、毕业论文选题及摘要、科研实践经历和成果等。汇报完毕后考生现场抽取综合面试
试题进行作答，此后评委和考生进行现场问答交流，评委根据考生表现综合独立评分。
（3）政治理论考试（100分）一、部分院校MBA考情分析
华南地区（部分院校）： 2. 华南理工大学（经济与金融学院）
