二、部分倒装（只把助动词/情态动词/be动词提前，实义动词仍在主语后）
口诀：
否定词首要倒装，
hardly配when，
no sooner配than；
主句过去完成藏，
后面时态用一般。

否定词/半否定词置于句首：

1. Never have I heard of such a story.
我从未听过这样的故事。

2. Seldom does he go out at night.
他晚上很少出门。

3. Hardly had I got home when it began to rain.
我刚到家，天就下起雨。

4. Not only did he help me, but also he gave me some advice.
他不仅帮我，还给我提建议。

注意：前半句倒装，后半句不倒装

5. Hardly had she arrived home when the telephone rang.
她刚到家，电话就响了。


6. Hardly had we begun our hike when it started to rain heavily.
我们刚开始徒步，大雨就下起来了。

7. No sooner had he seen the dog than he ran away.
他一看见那条狗，马上就跑开了。

8. No sooner had the meeting ended than people left the hall.
会议一结束，人们就离开了大厅。

9. Rarely does she complain about the hard work.
她很少抱怨这份辛苦的工作。

10. Barely did he realize the danger he faced.
他几乎没有意识到自己面临的危险。

11. Nowhere will you find such a quiet village.
你在任何地方都找不到如此安静的小村庄。

12. Not a single mistake did he make in the exam.
考试中他一个错误都没犯。

13. By no means is this the only way to solve the problem.
这绝不是解决这个问题的唯一办法。
