我是 AI 长篇电影《生生不已》的视觉导演张启新，此前深耕传统影视行业，作为独立导演兼摄影师；近年回归母校，为学弟学妹们带来行业前沿的创作技术，目前主讲 AIGC 影视创作基础课程。

I am Zhang Qixin, the visual director of the AI feature film Sheng Sheng Bu Yi. Previously, I specialized in the traditional film and television industry as an independent director and cinematographer. In recent years, I have returned to my alma mater to share cutting-edge creative techniques with younger colleagues, currently teaching the foundational AIGC film and television production course.

在北京电影学院动画学院的这段学习时光，是一场直击行业前沿的专业洗礼。学院汇聚的优质师资、深耕AI动画领域的实战经验、贴合行业痛点的课程体系，让我跳出原本的认知框架，系统掌握了AI动画与影视创作的核心逻辑、实操方法与应用思路。从技术落地到创作思维升级，每一堂课、每一次实战演练、每一场专业探讨，都为我打开了AI影视创作的新大门，也为我后续的个人创作、教学实践，筑牢了专业根基、提供了硬核支撑，这份悉心培养，始终心怀感恩。

My time at the Animation School of the Beijing Film Academy was a professional baptism that brought me directly to the forefront of the industry. The academy's distinguished faculty, its deep practical expertise in AI animation, and its curriculum tailored to industry challenges enabled me to transcend my previous cognitive frameworks and systematically master the core principles, practical methodologies, and application strategies of AI animation and film/TV production. From technical implementation to the elevation of creative thinking, every lecture, hands-on exercise, and professional discussion opened new doors to AI-driven film and television creation for me, while also solidifying my professional foundation and providing robust support for my subsequent creative work and teaching practice. I remain profoundly grateful for this meticulous mentorship.

学成返校后，我将在北电所学的前沿知识、实战经验沉淀梳理，结合高校传媒类专业教学需求，成功开设了AI影视创作训练营，以代课教师的身份，把行业最前沿的AI信息技术与专业创作理念，带给本校的学生。在训练营的教学中，我始终传递北电所学的专业理念，带领学生跳出对AI工具的浅层认知，手把手指导他们将AI技术融入影视剧本创作、视觉呈现、动画制作等全流程，让学生们提前接触行业前沿趋势，打破技术壁垒，触摸到影视创作的新可能。看着学生们借助AI工具，大胆释放创作灵感，做出属于自己的影视创作作品，我愈发真切地感受到，北电的学习经历，不仅成就了我自身的专业成长，更让前沿教育资源实现了传递与延续。

After returning to my university, I systematically synthesized the cutting-edge knowledge and practical experience gained at the Beijing Film Academy, aligning them with the teaching requirements of media-related programs. This enabled me to successfully establish an AI Film and Television Creation Training Camp, where I served as a substitute instructor to impart the latest AI technologies and professional creative concepts to our students. Throughout the program, I consistently reinforced the academic principles learned at the Academy, guiding students beyond superficial understanding of AI tools and providing hands-on instruction on integrating AI into every stage of film and television scriptwriting, visual production, and animation creation. This allowed students to gain early exposure to industry trends, overcome technical barriers, and explore new possibilities in creative filmmaking. Witnessing students boldly unleash their creative inspiration through AI tools to produce original works, I became acutely aware that my academic journey at the Beijing Film Academy not only fostered my professional growth but also facilitated the transmission and continuation of advanced educational resources.

而这段学习经历，带给我最深的触动，是对AI与影视创作、教育本质的重新思考。过往很多人会陷入误区，认为AIGC影视技术的崛起，会取代创作者、消解创作的意义，甚至阻碍影视艺术的表达。但经过北电系统的学习与深度实践，我彻底打破了这份偏见：AI从来不是创作的阻碍，更不是替代人的工具，而是撬动个体创作力、升华艺术表达的核心助力。

This learning experience left me with the most profound insight: it prompted me to reconsider the relationship between AI and film/TV creation, as well as the essence of education. In the past, many held the misconception that the rise of AIGC (Artificial Intelligence-Driven Content Creation) technology would replace creators, undermine the significance of artistic creation, or even hinder the expression of cinematic art. However, through systematic study and hands-on practice at the Beijing Film Academy, I have completely dispelled this prejudice: AI is never an obstacle to creation, nor merely a tool to replace humans; rather, it serves as a core catalyst for unleashing individual creativity and elevating artistic expression.

它让创作者从繁琐的技术执行、重复的基础工作中解放出来，把更多精力回归到创意构思、情感表达、思想传递上，将个体的创作灵感、情绪感知、艺术审美，借助技术放大到更高的层次，让每一份独特的创作想法都能更高效、更精准地落地。同时，AI技术的不断迭代与普及，真正实现了技术平权：它打破了专业设备、制作成本、技术门槛对创作的限制，让那些怀揣热爱、心怀创意的普通人，不再被外在条件束缚，让创作权真正回归到每一个热爱创作的人手中。

It liberates creators from tedious technical execution and repetitive foundational tasks, allowing them to focus more on creative conception, emotional expression, and idea transmission. By leveraging technology, it elevates individual creative inspiration, emotional perception, and artistic sensibility to a higher level, enabling each unique creative concept to be realized more efficiently and precisely. Meanwhile, the continuous iteration and widespread adoption of AI technology have truly achieved technological equity: it removes barriers posed by specialized equipment, production costs, and technical thresholds, freeing ordinary individuals with passion and creativity from external constraints and returning the power of creation to every passionate creator.

身为影视行业的创作者，同时也是高校影视传媒专业的教育者，我始终坚信，影视艺术的核心永远是“人”，是人的情感、思想与表达，AI则是我们奔赴创作理想的强大羽翼。未来，我也会带着在北京电影学院动画学院收获的知识与初心，继续深耕AI影视创作与教学领域，把更优质、更前沿的专业内容带给学生，助力更多青年创作者借助技术之力，坚守创作本心，释放艺术光芒，也期待未来能与北电、与行业同仁继续同行，共探AI影视创作的无限可能！

As a creator in the film and television industry and an educator in university programs specializing in film and media studies, I firmly believe that the core of cinematic art always lies in "people" —their emotions, thoughts, and expressions—while AI serves as a powerful tool to help us realize our creative aspirations. Moving forward, I will continue to build on the knowledge and original vision gained at the Animation School of the Beijing Film Academy, dedicating myself to advancing AI-driven film and television creation and education. My goal is to provide students with higher-quality, cutting-edge professional content, empowering young creators to harness technological capabilities while staying true to their creative essence and unleashing artistic brilliance. I look forward to collaborating with the Beijing Film Academy and my industry peers to explore the boundless possibilities of AI in film and television production.
