your blood flowing and re-energize your body and mind. This exercise is recommended for several reasons.
First, it helps to combat the negative effects of prolonged sitting, such as back pain and stiffness. Second, it
can improve your focus and concentration, making it easier to stay engaged in class. Lastly, it promotes a healthy
and active lifestyle, which is essential for overall well-being.
So, next time you feel a bit sluggish during class, remember to stand up and stretch! It’s a small change that
can make a big difference in your day.
