猜测技巧
2.语篇预测：了解讲话者已提供和未提供的信息
1)What facts did the speaker offer?
2)What facts did the speaker fail to offer?
3.依靠开篇句预测：英语听力的第一句话通常会透露整篇的主题，所以考生要善于
抓住听力材料的首句信息。
例如：Americans have a popular saying “Time is money。”
从这一句开篇句我们可以预测的信息范围：
1)这是一篇关于时间的话题。
2)涉及对象是美国人。

For eightyfour days, an old Cuban fisherman named Santiago has . For eighty-
four days, he has prepared his bait, lines and boat and headed out to the big blue ocean, only to

一、多点持久力
在语言认知学习的研究中，其实练习听力并不是掌握新知识的过程，而是和体育的练
习很像的，重复练习达到条件反射，是一个身体适应的过程。从不适应到适应需要一个过
程，这一时间对每个学习者自身来说基本是一样的，所以持久的坚持练习最重要！
二、少点怀疑心
听力的训练方法其实很乏味和枯燥，很多人都是畏难情绪和自我怀疑在作祟，觉得
“我一定听不懂的，我怎么可能听懂呢？”。但从我的教学经验来看，越是基础很不好的
学生，越容易失败。因为他总是不断的怀疑和否定自己，这是最致命的！我一直不断鼓励
自己的学生：人总要相信点什么，最需要相信的其实就是自己。
