比赛日签到流程 Match Day Check-in Process

凭参赛证图片签到并领取手环

Check-in and collect the wristband by presenting the Entry Certificate image.

到达比赛场地后，请前往签到处。向工作人员出示已保存的参赛证图片，经核实后，将为球员佩戴参赛手环。

Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the Check-in Counter. Present the saved Entry Certificate image to the staff. After verification, the competition wristband will be fitted on the player.

签到秩序与时间 Check-in Order and Timing

请有序排队并务必提前到达。

Please queue in an orderly manner and be sure to arrive early.

请所有教练、家长及球员在排队时遵守秩序，耐心等候，请勿插队。

All coaches, parents, and players are requested to follow the queue order, wait patiently, and do not cut in line.

鉴于首日比赛签到处人员较多，为避免延误，请务必提前到达比赛场地，为签到、佩戴手环及赛前热身留出充足时间，以免错过比赛。

As there may be a high volume of people at the check-in counter on the first match day, to avoid delays, you must arrive at the venue early to allow sufficient time for check-in, wristband fitting, and pre-match warm-up, so as not to miss the start of the match.

重要规则 Important Rule

手环须由球员本人现场领取佩戴，严禁任何形式的代领

Wristbands must be collected and fitted on the player in person at the venue. Collection by others is strictly prohibited.

参赛手环必须由球员本人亲自到签到处领取。 工作人员将现场核对参赛证图片与球员本人面容，确认一致后，方可将手环为球员佩戴。

The competition wristband must be collected by the player in person at the Check-in Counter. Staff will verify the Entry Certificate image and the player's appearance on the spot. The wristband will only be fitted on the player after confirmation.

严禁任何形式的代领行为。 例如，即使球员已先进入比赛场地，后续家长或教练到签到处，以“球员已在场地内”为由要求代为领取手环，也是绝对不被允许的。教练、家长或其他球员均不可代为领取、传递或佩戴。

For example, even if a player has already entered the competition venue first, it is absolutely not permitted for a parent or coach to subsequently come to the check-in counter and request to collect the wristband on the player's behalf by stating that "the player is already inside the venue." Coaches, parents, or other players are not allowed to collect, pass on, or wear the wristband for the player.

本次下载仅为排位赛参赛证图片，正赛开始时将更新球员参赛组别，参赛证需要重新下载并保存，感谢各位的配合。

This download is only for the qualification round player card image. When the main event begins, players' competition groups will be updated, and the player card will need to be re-downloaded and saved. Thank you for your cooperation.
