查分那天晚上，我室友对着手机屏幕愣了半天。
她四级作文考前背了快二十套模板，考场上写得工整流畅，自己读着都觉得稳了。分数一出来，作文还是卡在及格档——和上次、和上上次，一模一样。
她转头问我：“我语法一个错没有，结构也完整，凭什么？”
我当时答不上来。
我带过一个女生，三次四级写作稳定卡在 52 分左右。
她的卷面永远干净，三段式框架严丝合缝，通篇几乎没有语法错误。
我拿她的考场作文复盘才看明白：全文 70% 都是网上流传的万能套句，
不管题目是讲线上学习、体育锻炼还是读书，
开头永远是 With the development of society，
中间固定塞一句 Every coin has two sides，
结尾套上 In conclusion, we should take action。
句子本身没错，但和题干主题割裂，论述空洞，没有属于自己的观点和细节。
阅卷老师扫一眼就能识别出模板痕迹，直接锁死在及格档位，不会往高分档上浮。
哪怕单词拼写、时态全部无误，也拿不到更高分。
01 为什么模板刚好把你卡在及格线
你背的模板，刚好够你摸到及格线的边，也刚好封死了你往上走的路。
四六级写作评分分档，14 分档和 11 分档白纸黑字要求“句式灵活、有个人见解、避免千篇一律”；8 分及格档只要求“切题、通顺、无明显语病”。
及格档看你对不对，高分档看你像不像自己写的。
模板帮你过了第一关，也让你永远停在第一关。
30–60 秒
一份作文的首轮阅卷时间，老师只做一件事：定档
几十秒里，老师一眼扫的是“这孩子有没有自己的话”。下面这些句子，在老师眼里基本等于“我没思考”，出现越多越危险：
“With the development of society.”（全场几千人写得跟你一字不差）
“Every coin has two sides.”（正确但空洞，毫无话题针对性）
“In a word / To sum up, we should...”（小学生口号式收尾）
这些话语法全对，但一被归进“模板堆砌”，字再工整也救不回高分。所以接下来不给道理了，直接给你能背、能套、能拿分的句子。
02 安全三段式骨架：照这个写，不踩雷
结构本身不扣分，扣分的是塞进结构里的空话。考场直接套这个骨架：
第一段（开头，3–4 句）：身份 + 一个具体场景 + 你的中心观点。不铺垫，直接入题。
第二段（主体，5–6 句）：先写一个具体对比或现象，再用“我/我身边的人”的真实例子佐证，最后跟一句“所以呢”。
第三段（结尾，3–4 句）：把话题落到一个“你我今天就能做”的具体动作或判断，不喊口号。
看懂了吗？那就记住，就这么简单。
字数控制：四六级要求 150–200 词，三段尽量按 40 / 90 / 30 词分配，主体段是拿分区。
03 替换句工具箱：开头 / 过渡 / 举例 / 结尾
下面每句都能直接用，只需把话题词换掉。加蓝边的是“武器句”，建议背下来。
① 开头句库 · 身份 + 场景 + 观点（删掉“随着社会的发展”）
科技/AI：“As a student who uses AI tools daily, I have seen how technology changes the way we learn.”
环境：“Growing up in a city where heavy smog closed schools, I never needed to be told the environment matters.”
阅读/教育：“The book that broke my habit of skimming was not assigned by any teacher.”
健康：“After three all-nighters for midterms, I learned the hard way that health is not renewable.”
② 过渡句库 · 用内容衔接，别用 However / In addition
“What looks like progress, however, hides a cost most students ignore.”
“Yet the deeper problem is not speed but depth.”
“While digital tools save us time, they quietly steal our attention.”
③ 举例句库 · 带具体人或事，再跟一句“所以呢”
“A survey at my university found that 60% of students could not summarize a text they had just read with AI's help.”
“My neighbor, a high-school teacher, told me her students now spell 'because' as 'b/c'.”
“Last term, when I skipped the draft and copied an answer, I failed the follow-up quiz.”
④ 结尾句库 · 落到一个具体动作或判断，不喊口号
“The goal is not to use the tool, but to remain the person using it.”
“Protection starts not with slogans, but with the choice each of us makes every day.”
“Real learning happens not when we find the answer, but when we begin to doubt it.”
04 完整范文 + 逐句批注
题目（CET-6 风格）：The impact of artificial intelligence on students' learning. 要求 150–200 词。
范文（约 155 词）
As a junior who turns to AI tools for almost every course paper, I have watched artificial intelligence quietly reshape how my classmates study. 〔开头：身份+场景+中心观点，零铺垫〕
What strikes me most is not the convenience but the divide it creates. Students who use AI to question and reorganize knowledge learn faster, while those who simply copy its answers stop thinking. 〔主体1：具体对比，不用“双刃剑”套话〕

这篇没有一句“With the development of society”，
没有“Every coin has two sides”，但切题、有个人声音、有具体证据——正好是 11 分档要的东西。
你考场上把话题词（AI→环保/阅读/健康）换掉，骨架和句式照抄，就能写出同档位的作文。
05 考场 30 秒自查 + 写在最后
写完没时间精修？四步过一遍，避开九成模板坑：
1、删开头空话。“社会发展”“时代进步”整段删，直接贴题。
2、盯每段第一句。必须扣着题目关键词，别跑偏。
3、补自己的解读。每举一个例子，紧跟一句“所以呢”，别光堆素材。
4、清结尾套话。删掉“in a word”“to sum up”，用一句具体观点收尾。
保底靠模板，超车靠你自己。
我不否定模板。基础弱的同学，模板能帮你稳住结构、保住及格线，这很实在。但你得清楚：保底靠模板，超车靠你自己。
