1. Do you keep track of time usually?

I certainly do. I think it’s important for most people nowadays to keep track of time, because we live in such a fast-paced world. The more efficiently you handle things, the more likely you are to succeed.

2. Can you describe yourself as a punctual person?

Well, at least I always try my best to be on time. But living in a city where traffic jams are an unavoidable part of daily life makes punctuality tricky. Still, I don’t want to use traffic as an excuse. So whenever I have an appointment, I tend to set off earlier just in case.

Besides, if you know someone is waiting for you, you should try your best to arrive on time.

5. How do you feel when others are late?

If my whole plan relies on that person, I really hate it when they turn up late. And I’m not talking about delays of five or ten minutes. If it’s longer than that, it really gets annoying. Especially for activities like watching a movie or a sports match, if your companion is late, you’ll miss part of it. But generally speaking, if I don’t have to wait too long, I don’t mind minor lateness.

The first thing that pops into my head is my two cats, Topsy and Turvy. They were my little bundles of joy while I was growing up.

When I was much younger, I had another cat called William. Sadly, he was hit by a bus right outside our house one day. I still remember it vividly. She put Topsy into the box, but Turvy kept meowing loudly and scratching the box. She decided they were soulmates and couldn’t bear to separate them.

I don’t know what breed they were. All I can say is that they were unbelievably cute. Topsy was ginger, while Turvy was ginger and white. Turvy had small white patches on his paws, which made him look like he was wearing mittens. Topsy had thicker fur and looked a little chubby. One was shy and the other outgoing. Like brothers, they sometimes fought, but at other times snuggled up together.

Well, I’m sure I’m not the only person who has a gym membership that just gathers dust in a drawer. I mainly keep fit by cycling.

I can’t remember exactly when I started cycling, but I was about five or six years old. My dad taught me by pushing me down a hill and wishing me luck! I got a few bumps and bruises at first, but eventually I could ride all by myself. As people say, you never forget how to ride a bike.

Ever since I was a little boy, I’ve dreamed of living in a house by the water. By water, I mean the sea, a river or a lake — any of them works for me. If it were beside a river or lake, I’d love the house right on the waterfront. I could moor a boat next to it and go fishing. If it were by the sea, I’d want a beach between the house and the ocean. Then I could walk along the coast and play with my kids on the sand someday.
