博歌-无溶剂环氧底涂-施工说明

无溶剂环氧底涂，由AB组分组成，配比是2：1，一组30kg，适用于硬度较高的地面，通过批刮或辊涂施工，使用要注意以下几点：
Solvent-Free Epoxy Primer composed of two components (A and B), with a ratio of 2:1. One part is 30kg. It is suitable for hard floors. It can be applied by scraping or roller coating. Please note the following points when using:
第一，施工温度在5至30℃，相对空气湿度小于80%，将A、B组分材料分别搅拌均匀后再混合分散均匀（须使用电动搅拌器高速分散），此步骤注意严格按配比，现场应提前准备好电子秤；
First, the construction temperature should be between 5 and 30℃, and the humidity should be less than 80%. Stir the materials of Group A and Group B separately until they are uniform(use an electric mixer to perform high-speed dispersion), and then mix them evenly. During this step, strictly follow the proportion. An electronic scale should be prepared in advance on site.
第二，需倒桶搅拌，避免有未能分散好的生料残留，影响施工效果；
Second, the bucket needs to be inverted for stirring to prevent any remaining undispersed raw materials from affecting the construction outcome.
第三，配制好的材料熟化1-3分钟，务必20分钟内用完（25℃），存放时间过长极易造成流平性差、渗透性差、材料发粘、且产生气泡；
Thirdly, the prepared materials should be left to mature for 1 to 3 minutes. They must be used up within 20 minutes at a temperature of 25℃. If left for too long, it is very likely to result in poor leveling, poor permeability, sticky materials, and the formation of bubbles.
第四，本产品适用广泛，不仅可以用做底涂，还可以用做中涂，可以拌干砂做修补材料，也可以用作混凝土空鼓灌浆料；
Fourth, this product has a wide range of applications. It can not only be used as a base coat, but also as a middle coat. It can be mixed with dry sand to serve as a repair material, and can also be used as a grouting material for concrete hollow areas.
第五，施工温度超过25℃，需少量多次配料，快速使用；
Fifth, when the construction temperature exceeds 25℃, it is necessary to mix the materials in small quantities and multiple times, and use them quickly.
第六，如需添加稀释剂，请添加博歌定配稀释剂，添加量建议不超过50%，同时务必保持每次添加的比例一致；
If dilution is necessary, please use the diluent specified by Boge.The recommended addition amount should not exceed 50%, and it is essential to maintain a consistent ratio each time it is added.
第七，若施工后地面发白，一定要再次涂布至表面成膜后再进行中涂施工。
If the ground turns white after construction, it is necessary to apply another layer to form a film on the surface before proceeding with the intermediate coating construction.
①每道涂层干后才可施工下一涂层；
The next coating can only be applied after the previous one has dried.
②产品储存：+5℃ 到+30℃，干燥、密封保存，保质期：6个月；
Product storage: +5℃to+30℃, store in a dry and sealed environment. Shelf life: 6 months.
③所有地坪涂料，请先做10-20㎡，确认效果并熟悉材料后再大面积施工，如有质量问题立刻停止施工并通知我方，否则责任不在我方。
For all floor coatings, please start with a 10-20 square area for testing. Confirm the results and become familiar with the materials before conducting large-scale application.
