◆写作概述

英文日记或周记是记录个人经历、想法和感受的书面形式，在日常学习与生活里，是提升英语表达能力与自我反思的有效途径。

日记或周记通常以第一人称书写，日期顶格写在左上角，天气状况写在右上角，这能为记录增添情境感。主体部分的时态多为一般过去时，用于叙述过去发生的事情，如“Yesterday, I went to the park and had a great time.” 但若是表达个人情感、观点、想法或描述事物的性质、状态等时，也会用到一般现在时或现在进行时，例如“I feel really happy today.” “The book I'm reading is very interesting.”

内容上，这类文体较为自由，可涵盖日常琐事、重大事件、旅行经历、学习心得、个人感悟等各个方面。例如记录一次难忘的聚会，“Last Saturday, we had a party at my friend's house. We played games, sang songs and shared a lot of delicious food. It was a wonderful night and we all enjoyed ourselves.” 或者是对某一周学习情况的总结，“This week, I spent a lot of time on my math homework. I had some difficulties at first, but with the help of my teacher, I finally understood the key points and made great progress.”

在写作风格上，应简洁明了、自然流畅，不必过于追求华丽的辞藻与复杂的句式。可以使用一些口语化表达和连接词，让文章读起来更亲切真实，像“well, then, actually” 等。同时，适当运用描述性词汇能使内容更生动，比如用“exciting, boring, beautiful, delicious” 等形容词描绘事物。
