03. 告知信——2025 年高考备考英语应用文写作快速突破

【写作指导】
告知信多是从个人角度出发，将对方想要了解的事情告诉对方，让对方知道。告知信通常分为两类：1.告
知某人有某事将要发生；2.回复某人关于某事的询问。
►告知信写作三步走
1. 点明告知内容（原因、背景等）；
2. 2. 告知具体事宜（时间、地点等）；
3. 表达期待愿望。
【常用句型】
1．开头句
(1)It’s a pleasure for me to inform you of...我很高兴地通知你……
(2)I am writing to inform you of some relevant details.我写信是想告诉你一些相关的细节。
(3)I can’t wait to share some relevant details with you.我迫不及待地想和你分享一些相关的细节。
(4)I am quite willing to inform you of some relevant details.我很愿意告诉你一些相关的细节。
(5)I’m so happy to know that...from your letter，so I’m writing to tell you some relevant details.我很高兴从你的
信中得知……，所以我写信告诉你一些相关的细节。
(6)Having learned that...，I can’t wait to share some relevant details with you.得知……，我迫不及待地想和你分
享一些相关的细节。
(7)No sooner had I learned that...than I couldn’t wait to share some relevant details with you.我刚得知……就迫不
及待地想和你分享一些相关的细节。
(8)I’m very glad/delighted/more than pleased to receive your email/letter，in which you expressed great interest
in...I’m quite/perfectly willing to share with you some information about it.我很高兴收到你的电子邮件/信，在电
子邮件/信中你表示对……很感兴趣。我很乐意和你分享一些有关它的信息。
2．中间句
(1)Some details regarding/concerning...are as follows.一些关于……的细节如下。
(2)．..will take place between...and...，so we’d better...……将在……和……之间进行，所以我们最好……
(3)A wide range of meaningful activities will be held in...，including...，which are bound to appeal to enthusiasts
like you.将在……举办多种多样包括……在内的有意义的活动，这些活动一定会吸引像你一样的爱好者。
(4)．..is arranged to start from...，which will last...安排……从……开始，为期……
3．结尾句
(1)If you want to know more detailed information/anything else，please don’t hesitate to contact me/drop me a
line.如果你想知道更多详细信息/其他事情，请尽管联系我/给我写信。
(2)I sincerely hope the information is beneficial to you./I sincerely hope you can benefit from the information.我真
诚地希望这些信息对你有益。(3)Please don’t hesitate to turn to me for help if you have any other questions.如果你还有其他的问题，请尽管向
我求助，不要犹豫。
(4)If there is anything I can do for you，I would be more than delighted to offer my help/come to your assistance.
如果有什么我能为你做的，我将非常乐意提供帮助/来帮助你。
