As a sports enthusiast, I consider it crucial to engage in physical activities to
maintain a healthy lifestyle. Personally, I enjoy a variety of sports to keep myself fit and
active.
My favorite way to work out is through regular jogging. Not only does it help me
improve my endurance but also it allows me to enjoy the beauty of nature. Besides, I
alsoparticipate in teamsports,through whichI canenhance teamworkskills.
My advice to those who want to stay fit is to find an activity that they genuinely
enjoy. Then, set achievable goals and make it a habit to exercise regularly. Last,
rememberto warmupbefore any workout andcooldown afterwards.

Then one day, my father brought me to my mom’bed in the hospital. On the way to
the hospital, I felt extremely delighted, for it had been a long time since we last met.
However, when arriving at the door, great concern and horror overwhelmed me. A
