第一节：应用文（满分 15 分）
一、评分原则
本题总分为 15 分，按五个档次进行评分。
评分时，应主要从内容组织、词汇语法、篇章结构和书写四个方面考虑，具体为：
(1) 对内容要点的覆盖情况以及表述的清楚程度和合理性；
(2) 使用词汇和语法结构的准确性、恰当性和多样性；
(3) 上下文的衔接和全文的连贯性；
(4) 书写较差以致影响交际的，将分数降低一个档次。
(5) 词数少于60和多于100的，从总分中减去2分。
二、内容要点
1.个人优势;
2.组织活动的设想；
3.表达当选的愿望。
三、各档次的给分范围和要求
第五档:(13-15 分) 能写明全部要点；语言基本无误；行文连贯，表达清楚；
第四档:(10-12 分) 能写明全部或绝大部分要点；语言有少量错误；行文不够连贯，表
达基本清楚；
第三档:(7-9 分) 能写明基本要点；语言虽有较多错误，但能基本达意；
第二档:(4-6 分) 能写出部分要点；语言错误多，影响意思表达；
第一档:(1-3 分) 只能写出一两个要点；语言错误很多，只有个别句子正确。
第二节：读后续写（满分 25 分）
一、写作思路
续写线索：
1.商贩提供塑料袋 -- Nita提出免费分发或低价销售布袋 -- 顾客的反应
2.Nita的布袋广受欢迎 -- 这样的行为对环境产生积极影响（呼应原文）

阅读第2遍：根据写作语言（修辞、句式，词汇等），确定或调整档次。
阅读第3遍：看词数（少于130个，从总分中扣2分）；看书写（书写及卷面较差的建

4、各档次的给分范围和要求
本题总分为25分，按5个档次给分。
第五档（21-25 分）
—与所给短文融洽度高，与所提供各段落开头语衔接合理；
—所使用语法结构和词汇丰富、准确，可能有些许错误，但完全不影响意义的表达；
—有效地使用了语句间的连接成分，使所续写短文结构紧凑。
第四档（16-20 分）
—与所给短文融洽度较高，与所提供各段落开头语衔接较为合理；
—所使用语法结构和词汇较为丰富、准确，可能有些许错误，但完全不影响意义的表达；
—比较有效地使用了语句间的连接成分，使所续写短文结构紧凑。
第三档（11-15 分）
—与所给短文关系较为密切，与所提供各段落开头语有一定程度的衔接；
—应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求，虽有一些错误，但不影响意义的表达；
—应用简单的语句间的连接成分，使全文内容连贯。
第二档（6-10 分）
