make a difference.”和第四段第一句中的“My passion for writing led me to create an
organization, where people from all across the globe send letters filled with kindness

【答案】 28-31 D A C C

“Chen found out about this after hearing one former resident express disappointment
故选A项。
根据文章最后一句话“To avoid being the last inheritor (传承
者), Chen has been giving classes to some students at a primary school in Fuzhou with the

after being lost for more than half a century, the intangible cultural heritage known as
Gaolou Mixian would be restored and passed down by a young man.(谁也没有想到,失去半
所以“A Long-lost Chinese Art Form and its Restoration.(失传已久的中国艺术形式及其

36.E 根据段落主题句“Keep your vision and goals in mind”可知,本段主要讲的是要明确
2
37.B 根据下文中的“If you have 20 tasks to do every day”和“You need to break them
down”“Focus on only doing 2—3 important tasks at a time”可知,要把任务分类,一次
38.C 根据空后的“you become discouraged because the goal is too big”可知,目标过大很
Instead, focus on doing a very small, minimum
39.F 空格前的“Thus, you become discouraged because the goal is too big. Or you fantasize
about what it’ll feel like when you achieve the goal”提出了因为目标太大而变得沮丧和幻

40.G 根据段首句“Do those tasks as soon as possible”可知,要尽早完成任务;再根据空格

Last Saturday, our school organized a study trip. About 500 students, accompanied by
our teachers, participated in the activity.
We took tour buses to the destination, Fuxing Village. In the morning, we visited a well-
preserved ancient architectural complex, which attracted tens of thousands of visitors. We
also took a walk around the villagers’ living areas. In the afternoon, we went sightseeing to
the green corridor of the village. It was there that we learned about modern agriculture, for

one day.

Her friend showed a great interest and the two got down to work. They signed up for an

turned to local university professors who directed them to more resources. The teens also
reached out to people they knew who used American Sign Language to ask them about their
preferences. With great efforts, they invented a device for deaf people to wear on their
hands. Because of the device, in August 2020, the girls won a competition and took
home$5,000. They earned$10,000 a year later when they won a national competition. The
teens say they hope to use the money to continue experimenting with the device.
