Hello, everyone! It's great to be here. How often do you exercise? For me, I run three
times a week. Running seems easy but it isn't. If you are a beginner of running or just
want to try the spot, here is my advice for you to avoid getting hurt.
First, wear right shoes. A good pair of shoes shouldn't be either too big or too hard. The
right size is very important to protect your feet and knees. Second, prepare your body for
running. Some warm up exercise is helpful, especially for your knees. Third, choose the
right place. Don't run in busy street or on mountain road. A safe place like a playground
could be a good choice. Finally, mind your running speed. Don't run too fast in the
beginning. If you feel too tired or uncomfortable, stop in time to rest. Hope these four
suggestions may help you have a safe running experience. Thanks for your listening.
