What snacks do you like? Chocolate, chips, biscuits, candies or 

fruit? We asked fifty primary school students. Seventeen students love chips. Thirteen students like biscuits, twelve love chocolate 

and eight like candies. The snacks high in fat, salt and sugar are 

their favourites.

Too many of these snacks are not good for us. One bar of chocolate has about ten teaspoons of sugar. A bag of chips every day is like 

drinking five bottles of oil a year! So, next time you have a snack, 

make healthy choices.
