Agrees well with experimental and calculated patterns.
Additional weak reflections (indicated by brackets) were observed.
Polymorphism/Phase Transition: ''Mn O2'' occurs in several crystal modifications.
The mineral ramsdellite, $GA-''Mn O2'', is represented by 7-222.
A number of poorly crystallized synthetic polymorphs are represented by 12-141 14-644.
Reflectance: Opaque mineral optical data on different material from Thuringia, East Germany: R3R%=29.0-40.0, Disp.=Std.
Sample Source or Locality: The sample was obtained from Baker Chemical Co., Phillipsburg, New Jersey, USA.
Temperature of Data Collection: Pattern taken at 298 K.
Vickers Hardness Number: VHN100=146-243.
