王懿：AI 帮我实现了"自我表达"

AI Helped Me Achieve "Self-Expression"

大家好，我是王懿，在互联网公司做战略分析。有别于其他同学影视或动画相关的背景，我过往经历和影视创作完全不沾边，来这期AI视频创作课之前，甚至剪辑软件都没打开过，更别提搞明白剧本和分镜这些。

Hi everyone, I’m WangYi, a strategic analyst at an Internet company. Unlike my classmates who come from filmmaking or animation backgrounds, my past experience has absolutely nothing to do with video production. Before this AI video creation course, I had never even opened an editing software, let alone figured out what a screenplay and storyboard are.

但我想自己做出来一些内容，想通过视觉和听觉去表达（这可能就是想“创作”的小火苗...），带着一种“无知者无畏”的精神，我来到了这里。

同样的心态，我在2025年自己原创手绘过一个绘本（此处感谢央美老师指导！），描绘孩子们的幻想故事。故事特别简单：一个小女孩在森林里捡到一根小木棍，然后她的想象力就彻底收不住了——小木棍一会儿是画笔，一会儿是钓鱼竿，一会儿是逗猫棒，一会儿又变成了指挥棒。总之在这个小孩眼里，一根小木棍带来了整个幻想之旅（有没有很熟悉，有多少人会经常捡木棍或树叶什么的~ 你们能懂对不对！）。最后她玩儿累了有点疲惫但很开心的回到家，扑进了奶奶怀里，向奶奶分享着幻想之旅。

With that same mindset, I originally hand-drew a picture book in 2025 (a big thank you to my teacher from the Central Academy of Fine Arts for the guidance!), depicting children’s fantasy stories. The story is super simple: a little girl finds a small stick in the forest, and then her imagination just takes off — the stick becomes a paintbrush, then a fishing rod, then a cat teaser, then a conductor’s baton. In this kid’s eyes, one little stick brings an entire fantasy adventure (sound familiar? How many of you used to pick up sticks or leaves all the time~ you get it, right!). In the end, she comes home tired but happy, throws herself into grandma’s arms, and tells her all about the adventure.

画完绘本之后，我时常在想，这个故事能不能把它做成动画短片，以及绘本中一个一个场景的小木棍现实与幻想对比，在动画短片中展现应该会非常有趣。

After finishing the picture book, I kept thinking: could this story be turned into an animated short? And wouldn’t it be fun to show the contrast between reality and fantasy for each scene with the little stick?

但“理想很美好，现实很骨感”。接下来发生的事情就是：每一步都在把我按在地上摩擦。

But “the dream is beautiful, reality is harsh.” What happened next was: every single step crushed me.

剧本、人物设定、造型风格、场景、分镜图和视频、音乐、剪辑、后期等等各个环节我都基本没干过。不是“不太熟练”的那种没干过，是“完全不知道怎么回事”的那种没干过。

Screenplay, character design, visual styling, scene building, storyboarding and video, music, editing, post-production — I had basically never done any of it. Not the “a bit rusty” kind of never done, but the “had no idea how any of this works” kind of never done.

比如分镜，我以为绘本的每一页直接就能当分镜用——每一页难道不是一个镜头吗？实际静态的一页画和动态的一个镜头之间，差异巨大。哪个画面要停久一点，哪里要加个过渡，节奏快了还是慢了，全都是新问题。

Take storyboarding for example. I thought each page of my picture book could serve directly as a storyboard — isn’t each page a shot? In reality, the gap between a static page and a dynamic shot is enormous. Which frame should linger, where to add a transition, whether the pacing is too fast or too slow — all brand new problems.

AI出图也是充满各种不确定性。绘本里那种毛绒绒手绘风格（我用棉签画的...），要让 AI 理解这个调调，需要反复调、反复试。人物长什么样、场景什么氛围、风格统不统一，每一个细节都得跟来来回回不断测试（这个过程比较痛苦，最后由于时间关系，我妥协采用了毛毡风格...）。

AI image generation was also full of uncertainties. My picture book has this fuzzy, hand-drawn style (I painted it with cotton swabs...), and getting AI to understand that vibe required constant tweaking and testing. What the characters look like, what mood the scenes convey, whether the style stays consistent — every detail needed endless back-and-forth testing (the process was rather painful, and in the end, due to time constraints, I compromised and went with a felt style...).

后面的配乐、后期、剪辑，每一步都是同样的感觉：完全不会→硬上→磕绊做出来→最后效果可能还行？

The later stages — music, post-production, editing — each step felt the same: completely clueless → just power through → stumble my way to something → the result might actually be okay?

如果要我总结这期课我最大的收获，那就是：别想太多，直接上手。

If I had to sum up my biggest takeaway from this course, it would be: stop overthinking, just start doing.

工具不熟？用着用着就熟了。流程不懂？做着做着就懂了。用“先把每个模型、软件试明白再动手”的方式会发现根本来不及——最快的学习方式就是立刻、马上、直接把工具用起来，在实践中解决问题。回头复盘，这也是最高效的路径。

Not familiar with the tools? You’ll learn by using them. Don’t understand the workflow? You’ll figure it out by doing it. Trying to “master every model and software before starting” simply doesn’t work — there’s no time. The fastest way to learn is to immediately, right now, start using the tools and solve problems in practice. Looking back, this also turned out to be the most efficient path.

最终，我的绘本在几天之内真的变成了一部 AI 短片（撒花~）。

In the end, my picture book actually became an AI short film within just a few days (yay~).

用一个词形容它，我觉得是“拙诚”——笨拙的拙，真诚的诚。画面有太多可改进的地方，节奏也不成熟，透露着“初学者”的痕迹，但它是真诚的，是AI帮我实现的一种“自我表达”。

If I had to describe it in one word, it would be “clumsy sincerity” — rough in craft, honest at heart. There’s so much room for improvement in the visuals, the pacing isn’t mature, and it shows the marks of a beginner. But it is sincere — it is a form of “self-expression” that AI helped me achieve.

我不是影视从业者，也不知道自己以后会做什么，但我有自己想表达的内容。以前这些只能是想法，或者最多是画面，但现在AI能帮我把这些想法更完整地呈现出来。这个自我表达的过程，让“做出来”这件事变得可能，对创作者来说难能可贵。

I’m not a filmmaker, and I don’t know what I’ll do in the future. But I have things I want to express. Before, these could only remain as thoughts, or at best, static images. But now AI can help me present these ideas more fully. This process of self-expression makes “bringing it to life” possible, and that is incredibly precious for any creator.

当然，走完这一整个流程，我也切身体会到了专业训练的价值。老师们在课程中讲的很多东西，听的时候完全没有理解，但后来自己一遍遍改片子的时候，那些理论内容会突然冒出来——哦，原来是这个意思。

Of course, after going through the entire process, I also truly felt the value of professional training. Many things the teachers taught during the course went completely over my head at the time. But later, when revising my film over and over, those theoretical concepts would suddenly click — oh, so that’s what it meant.

AI 能生成无限多的可能性，但哪些该被选择还是得靠我们自己。核心依然是我们作为人的判断力。

AI can generate infinite possibilities, but which ones to choose still depends on us. At its core, it’s still about our judgment as human beings.

这个短片，对我来说是一个开始。

This short film, for me, is just a beginning.

它像是我自我表达这条路上的起点——“1”。有了这个“1”，后面还有一条非常长、非常广阔的路。从 1 到 10，从 10 到 100，从 100 到 1000... 绘本可以变成视频，视频可以尝试多种风格、发展出不同的系列，一个小小幻想故事可以延伸出更多的内容。这个起点的意义不在于我现在做了什么，而在于我明白了这条路是走得通的。

It’s like the starting point on my path of self-expression — a “1.” With this “1,” there’s a very long, very broad road ahead. From 1 to 10, from 10 to 100, from 100 to 1,000... A picture book can become a video, a video can explore different styles and grow into various series, and a small fantasy story can extend into even more content. The significance of this starting point isn’t what I’ve done now, but that I’ve realized this path is actually walkable.

I’m sincerely and deeply grateful to the Animation School of Beijing Film Academy for this intensely practice-driven project course, and to every teacher for their guidance and support. For someone like me starting completely from zero, these few days were truly the “0 to 1” on my creative path.
