一、一般现在时用法
表示经常性、习惯性的动作或现在的状态、客观事实。
标志词：every day /usually/often /sometimes/always /on weekends
核心动词：be动词表示状态，根据人称选择am/ is /are
实义动词表示频率发生，使用动词原形或第三人称单数。
·I get up at 7:00 every day. 我每天七点起床。
·She often cleans the room. 她经常打扫房间。
·The sun rises in the east. 太阳从东方升起。（客观事实）
