零成本学习PLC运用-软件连接安装前先关闭所有杀毒软件,以管理员身份将三菱GX Works2、虚拟串口、凌一PLC模拟器、Factory IO四个软件安装好。软件链接:https://pan.baidu.com/s/1mYkzfQENUQCfzCEJCRF4Mw?pwd=iacj 提取码: iacj点击蓝色框内【添加端口】,成对添加端口,添加后会在左侧Virtual ports下显示出来,添加好后可关闭软件1. 在菜单栏-打开下载口左侧设置串口,此处设置为COM7(三菱GX Works2则设置为COM8)2. 点击【打开下载口】(不打开则与三菱GX Works2连接不成功),此时COM7变成灰色1. 打开GX Works2,点击左下角【连接目标】,再双击【当前连接目标】下的Connection1在弹窗的COM端口选择COM8,传送速度选择9.6Kbps后点击【确定】3.点击【通信测试】,显示成功连接后点击【确定】退出设置(凌一PLC模拟器若未打开下载口则提示“无法与PLC通信”)结合凌一PLC模拟器使用说明书,选择【文件】-【驱动】-【配置】2. 勾选【自动连接】,主机填写凌一PLC模拟器左下角的IP地址,端口填写凌一PLC模拟器右上角的1502,并点击打开凌一PLC模拟器右上角【侦听】,此时1502变成灰色。具体如何填写【输入/输出点】,请参考凌一PLC模拟器的帮助-内容经过以上对各软件的设置,可以零成本学习编程并连动调试程序了。
