Which test? If you know what test publisher is being used that will
help focus your practice. Here is how you should focus your
attention.
SHL: The most common test publisher. Use our practice numerical
reasoning tests 1 to 12, and also try the numerical
comprehension tests 1 to 6 because this new style of wordy
numerical questions is starting to appear for some jobs
Kenexa: These are very similar to SHL in style so the same
applies: use numerical reasoning tests 1 to 12 and also the
numerical comprehension tests 1 to 6.
Cubiks: Also similar to SHL in style and format, therefore we
also recommend numerical reasoning tests 1 to 12 and numerical
comprehension tests 1 to 6.
Talent Q: The style for these is a bit different to the tests
above because the time limit is per question and the answer
options are on a drop-down menu. Use our 'numerical critical
reasoning' tests 1 to 4 when preparing for TalentQ tests.
Saville Consulting: Focus on numerical reasoning tests 1 to 12,
then try the other numerical tests if you have time. Saville
Consulting's numerical test style is similar to SHL and Kenexa,
but they add in extra questions asking whether statements are
true, false, or not possible to say, which is why you should
have a look at the tests we've called 'numerical
comprehension'.
