Review the simple future tense: be going to.
Step 2 Reading
Task 1 Read the instructions.
Task 2 Ask students to read the diary on their own, and circle the words and phrases they
don’t understand.
Task 3 Ask students to read the words and phrases they don’t understand, ask other students
to explain.
Task 4 Ask students to underline the things that Tian Tian is going to do.
Task 5 Correct the answers.
