One boy made the simplest paper plane. He stood there at the starting line with a normal piece of paper. A minute later, he took the flat(平的) piece of paper, made it into a ball, and threw it down the hallway. We were so surprised at what he did.We never expected things to happen like that. He beat all of us easily. Some of the students got angry and said that he cheated(作弊).The physics teacher said, "How so? He doesn't do anything wrong because a paper ball is indeed(确实) a shape. I like his idea." Yes, the boy didn't cheat. He just finished the task in a different way. In our life, what we have learned turns into our experience. We do everything according to it. However, our experience gets in the way of our development sometimes. It stops us from coming up with new ideas and is bad for our creativity. So it is really necessary for us to learn to think outside of the "box". Then we may discover more and easier ways so that we can have a better result. A healthy diet(饮 食) with vegetables and fresh fruit is good for the brain. Also take time off for meals. Stress can make students feel worried and tired. If students do enough exercise, they will feel active and relaxed. Sleep Students are getting less and less of sleep which might lead to more stress. The hours of sleep before midnight are thought to be the most helpful. For this reason students must re-regulate their body clock and go to bed and get up at regular times. Express yourself The way students feel about their work and other issues in their life plays a huge part in how they deal with stress. It is advisable that students should be realistic whatever happens in their lives. To sum up, studies are really very important, but never at the expense(代 价) of students' physical and mental well-being. Besides, if students feel well, they will be ready to face the challenges(挑战) of exams alive and kicking(精 力充沛的). ( )39.Who is the passage written for? A. Teachers. B. Parents. C. Nurses. D.
