参考范文
Dear Tom,
I’m deeply concerned to learn that you’ve been struggling with appearance anxiety
lately. It’s totally understandable to feel affected by social media, but please remember
that the “perfect looks” you see online are often edited and far from real.
In truth, no one cares about your appearance as much as you think they do. Your
true charm lies in your confidence and the unique qualities that define you. Given your
incredible talent for sports, why not channel your energy back into the court or the track?
The focus and strength you display there are what truly make you shine. Additionally, try
limiting your time on social media and reconnecting with friends in person—genuine
interactions are far more fulfilling.
Believe in yourself, for confidence is the most beautiful trait. I sincerely hope you’ll
regain your spark soon, and please know I’m always here, ready to listen whenever you
need to talk.
Yours,
Li

第二节
One Possible Version:
I decided to have a talk with Maria and help her ask for free lunch. I pulled her aside after
class, speaking softly to avoid making her feel embarrassed. I told her I knew about her family’s
difficulty and that there was no shame in accepting help. With my encouragement, she nodded
hesitantly. Together, we went to the school office to apply for the free lunch program. The staff was
kind and helpful, and the application was approved quickly. From that day on, Maria had a warm,
nutritious lunch every day, and I could see a faint smile on her face.
Within just two weeks, the change in Maria was remarkable. She no longer pressed her stomach
or doze off in class. Instead, she sat up straight, listened attentively, and even raised her hand toanswer questions actively. Her eyes lit up with energy, and she started talking to her classmates
during breaks. She also thanked me several times, saying the free lunch made her feel cared for. It
touched my heart deeply, reminding me that as a teacher, caring for students’ inner needs is just as
important as teaching them knowledge.
