本文仅针对手册几个疑惑要点说明下，供参考：

一 站位如何确认？对于站位不同，对应的拆装部件不同，站位597前多一个washer[9]。

(1) Remove the spring clips and bracket assembly that hold the pressure pane [1] to the nutplates as follows:

(a) At the locations forward of Station 597, do these steps

1) For the locations with spring clips only, remove the screws [2], washers [3], and spacers [4].

2) For the location with spring clip and bracket assembly, remove the screws [2), washers [3]. and washer[9].

(b) At the locations aft of Station 597, do these steps:

1) For the locations with spring clips only, remove the screws [2], washers [3), and spacers [4].

2) For the location with spring clip and bracket assembly, remove the screw [2], and washer [3].

站位597如何确认，一般我们会数窗户位置，这个窗户必须是从外面数来确认，从外面数第9个窗户是STA 597分界线。如下图。第一个窗户从内侧看是装饰板，从内侧数一定要把这个窗户算上才是正确站位。

二 对于图这个注释1如何理解？GAPPING BETWEEN THE SCREW HEAD.WASHER AND SPRING CLIP MAY EXIST AT THE SIDE OF THE CLIP FACING THE WINDOW PLUG EDGE.

SPRING CLIP正常安装好，在螺帽，垫片和弹簧夹之间会产生间隙（如图），间隙的产生方向是朝向窗户一侧的。这个就是注释说的内容，螺钉安装好有间隙是正常的，不要被此现象迷惑，惯性认为是不正确安装。针对LINE 210之后的飞机（787-9），只要确认距离符合要求即可Make sure that the distance between the back edge of the clips and the inboard surface of the window frame is 1.18 ±0.03 in. (29.97 ±0.76 mm)。

针对LINE 210之前的飞机(787-8)，确保弹簧夹安装角度为90°±2°。建议但并非必须使用量角器SPL-14069，以确保弹簧夹符合公差要求(参考AMMB787-A-56-21-01-00B-520AFigure 2)。这个手册插页有说明。

三 关于手册中bracket assembly说明。

对于此部件，我们当时在拆装18A座椅窗户时没有发现此支架，手册也没有明确说明具体在哪些位置涉及此支架，后续就此问题询问了波音，波音答复只有某些特殊位置比如厕所（窗户内侧没有安装EDW电控变色窗才安装有这个支架），有EDW的地方没有此支架。
