First of all, since doing sports is an important part of healthy life, I get up early every morning and run for half an hour. I also play ball games with my classmates,which makes me healthier and stronger. At the same time, good eating habits are necessary and I eat
different kinds of fruit and vegetables. As the saying goes,“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” I hate eating junk food. Finally, eight hours sleep makes me energetic.
In a word, good habits help me live a healthier life.
