Jeremy took part in a quiz show at a TV studio on Sunday morning. Before the show started,
Jeremy was calm. But when a boy named Hector kept answering correctly and more quickly,

and Jeremy could see that Hector began to feel nervous, too. Jeremy tried to calm down and kept
on making his own answers. Then he did better and better. Finally, he answered 22 questions

Friendship Day is a holiday that celebrates friendship. It is on the first Sunday of
August. Although it was celebrated firstly in the US in 1935, now it has become an
international holiday. Friendship Day didn’t have a symbol until 60 years after its birth.
The United Nations named Winnie the Pooh as the world’s Ambassador of Friendship in
1997. People around the world celebrate this day in different ways. The traditional
activities include meeting with friends and giving cards, flowers and gifts to each other.
Some friends have parties or meals together. Others may hang out or go to the movies
with friends. People enjoy this day and spend time together to express love and caring for
their friends.
