ERM中国很高兴作为合作伙伴，在6月13日深度参与了She Rewires她原力举办 「REWIRING HORIZONS · 重构边界」Human Agency领导力峰会。

As a proud partner, ERM China was thrilled to deeply engage in the"REWIRING HORIZONS" Human Agency Leadership Summithosted by She Rewires on 13 June.

在上海太平洋新天地观光厅的现场，和近四百位来自科技、商业、教育、文化、可持续发展与社会创新等领域的行动者碰撞思想，并带来了我们近期引进翻译并联合复旦大学出版社在中国出版的新书——《激活你的财富：让投资成就更好的世界》。

High above Shanghai at CXCC SUMMIT 58 at Xintiandi, we exchanged transformative insights with around 400 changemakers across technology, business, education, culture, sustainability, and social innovation. We were also delighted to present our newly translated book,"Activate Your Money: Invest to Grow Your Wealth and Build a Better World", published in China in collaboration with Fudan University Press.

整场峰会，大家都在反复探讨一个把时代推向十字路口的核心命题：当技术能力以指数级速度增长，AI越来越“能做”时，我们人类，究竟还“负责什么”？ 在技术狂飙的巨浪里，我们在现场找到了最笃定的答案——Human Agency（人类能

动性）。

Throughout the summit, a core proposition pushing our era to a crossroads was repeatedly explored:As technological capabilities grow exponentially and AI becomes increasingly capable of doing, what exactly do we, as humans, remain responsible for? Amidst this roaring wave of technological acceleration, we found our most definitive answer on-site:Human Agency.

Why We Participated: A Resonance Between Technical Methodology and Inner Cultivation

很多人好奇，作为全球领先的专注于可持续发展领域的咨询机构，ERM过去一直在赋能企业的绿色转型，这次为什么会跨界引进并翻译一本面向个人的财富管理书？因为我们深信，可持续发展不仅是企业的宏大叙事，更需要下沉到每一个个体的日常金融选择。

Many have wondered why ERM, as a world-leading pure-play sustainability consultancy, historically focused on empowering corporate green transitions, would cross boundaries to introduce and translate a personal wealth management book. The reason is simple: we firmly believe that sustainability is not just a grand corporate narrative—it must also filter down to the everyday financial choices of every individual.

《激活你的财富》是一本关注个人价值观、可持续与财富管理的书，在这场关于AI与领导力的峰会上与大家见面，是因为我们认为：技术定方法，价值观定方向。峰会探讨的“人类能动性”，与我们书中的核心理念不谋而合：

• 技术负责连接信息，人负责连接价值：AI正在接管执行，算数据、提效率、给方案，却无法接管判断。这正对应了我们书中所提倡的「价值观导向型投资(Values-Aligned Investing)」。投资和搞钱，不应该只是盲目追逐最高收益的数字游戏，而是要把我们的财富，投向我们真正认同、渴望看见的那个未来。

• 别用你的钱，去支持你反对的世界：峰会嘉宾提到：“未来只会变成被人类选择过的样子。” 每一个个体每一次花钱、每一笔投资，其实都是在进行「金钱投票(Money Voting)」。AI能帮我们“把事做好”，却无法替我们决定“为谁而做”。

• 从“硬核比拼”到“走心用脑”：未来的职场和生活，不再是单纯的执行力内卷，而是三种底层能力的重构：设定方向、建立信任、创造意义。面对不确定性，我们更需要「走心也要用脑(Heart and Head)」，将感性认知与理性工具并重，向内锚定。

Activate Your Money focuses on personal values, sustainability, and wealth management. Bringing it to a summit dedicated to AI and leadership makes perfect sense to us, because technology defines the method, while values define the direction.The summit's exploration of "Human Agency" aligns perfectly with the core philosophies of our book:

• Technology connects information; humans connect values:AI is rapidly taking over execution—processing data, driving efficiency, and delivering solutions—but it cannot take over judgement. This corresponds precisely to "Values-Aligned Investing", a concept we advocate in the book. Investing and generating wealth should not be a numbers game driven blindly by the highest returns; rather, it is about directing our capital toward the future we genuinely believe in and wish to see.

• Don't use your money to support a world you oppose:As one of the summit speakers noted, "The future will only become what humans have chosen it to be."Every expense and investment made by an individual is effectively an act of "Money Voting". AI can help us "do things right," but it cannot decide "for whom we do them."

• From "hardcore competition" to "Heart and Head":The future of work and life will no longer be an internal rat race of pure execution. Instead, it requires a restructuring of three foundational capabilities: setting direction, building trust, and creating meaning. In the face of uncertainty, we must approach challenges with both "Heart and Head", balancing emotional perception with rational tools to anchor ourselves internally.

On the summit floor, we displayed a few copies ofActivate Your Money. What was meant to be a quiet showcase turned into a source of unexpected pleasant surprises and inspiring sparks.

在干货满满、节奏飞快的峰会间隙，很多朋友在我们的展位前驻足，一页页认真翻阅。「在这个最不缺信息和捷径的时代，稀缺的是停下来和自己对话的能力。」

有位读者的话瞬间戳中了我们：“终于看到一本书，不是在教我怎么盲目地赚钱，而是坐下来告诉我——我们为什么要赚钱，以及如何通过财富管理获得人生价值上的满足。”

Amid the fast-paced, insight-packed intervals, many attendees paused at our booth, thoughtfully turning the pages."In an era where information and shortcuts are abundant, what is truly scarce is the ability to pause and converse with oneself."One reader’s feedback profoundly resonated with us: "Finally, a book that doesn't just teach me how to blindly accumulate wealth, but sits down with me to explain why we build wealth, and how to achieve fulfillment in personal values through wealth management."

关于“未来竞争力”的跨界对话

A Cross-Disciplinary Dialogue on "Future Competitiveness"

现场关于ESG和全球化跨境协作的讨论也非常精彩。ERM中国总经理姜思遥先生作为跨界学者也参与到了主题为“ESG — AI经济时代下的基础建设”的圆桌对话中。他分享了AI时代的可持续发展尤其不能忽略底层逻辑：从矿产开采、金属冶炼，到电池、芯片的制造加工，再到数据中心与新能源汽车为我们的生活提供便利，价值链的每一环上所需要关注的ESG议题都在随着技术进步与发展发生着变化，但一直都与我们的生活息息相关，从未远离。「未来组织的生存力，在于透明性、可信度与长期可持续性。」

The on-site panel discussions regarding ESG and global cross-border collaboration were equally compelling.Mr Siyao Jiang, Managing Partner of ERM China, joined the round-table dialogue titled "ESG — The Infrastructure of the AI Economic Era"as a cross-disciplinary practitioner.

He shared that sustainability in the AI era must not overlook its underlying infrastructure: from mineral extraction and metal smelting to the manufacturing of batteries and microchips, and ultimately to the data centres and electric vehicles that facilitate our daily lives. The ESG issues requiring attention at every node of the value chain are constantly evolving alongside technological advancements, yet they remain deeply intertwined with our lives and have never been closer.  "The viability of future organisations rests entirely on transparency, trustworthiness, and long-term sustainability."

Plugging into the Community Network: Resonating as a "Cognitive Node"

作为本次活动的合作方，在现场推出《激活你的财富》这本书，是我们将可持续理念延伸至大众金融生态的一次重要尝试。我们深知，仅仅在现场引发共鸣是不够的。

Launching Activate Your Money at this event represents a vital milestone for ERM China in expanding sustainable philosophies into the broader public financial ecosystem. However, we know that triggering resonance on-site is merely the first step.

To translate the book's forward-looking insights into practical action points tailored for Chinese readers, we aim to embed ourselves deeply within the She Rewires global network as a"Sustainable Finance and Wealth Cognitive Node", launching the following concrete initiatives:

• "Activate Your Money" Values-Aligned Investing Reading Group:Partnering with the She Rewires community, we aim to break down cognitive barriers for women in financial investment through deep co-reading sessions, both online and offline.

• "Heart and Head" Sustainable Investment Thematic Salons & Workshops:Focusing on the domestic market, we will help participants map their unique "Money Personalities"and design bespoke wealth activation action plans that align closely with their core values.

「未来不是预测出来的，是被行动塑造出来的。」 而所有行动的起点，从来不是“怎么做”，而是“为什么做”。所谓重构边界，从来不是向外的硬核厮杀，而是一场温柔但坚定的「内心修行」。

"The future is not predicted; it is shaped by action."  starting point of any action is never about howto do it, but whywe do it. True boundary-rewiring is not an aggressive external battle, but a gentle yet firm "inner cultivation."

因为真正的Human Agency（人类能动性），最终从来不属于等待答案的人，而是来自于那些在不确定性中，选择直面内心并亲手去创造答案的人。

For true Human Agency never belongs to those who wait for answers; it belongs to those who, amidst uncertainty, choose to confront their inner selves and shape their own solutions.
