without it． After seeing a new study， they may want to change their eating habits．
Scientists at the Harvard School of Public Health have found that having too much red
meat can cause a higher risk of early death． These "dangerous" meats are the ones
that look red before they're cooked， such as pork， beef and rabbit． Scientists
published the study results in a medical magazine．
The scientists studied the eating habits and health of more than 110，000adults for
more than 20years． They did a survey on their diets every four years． During the
