一 高分开头：
1. I’m terribly/awfully sorry I couldn’t reply to your email in time.
十分抱歉我不能及时回复您的邮件。
2.It is much to my regret that I missed the chance to get together.
错过了在一起的机会，我感到很遗憾。
3.1. I'm truly sorry to tell you that.…., and I’m writing to express/convey my deepest apology to you...
很抱歉告诉你……，我写信向你表达我深深的歉意。
4. I am writing to owe you an apology for being unable to...
我没能……,我写信向你道歉。
5. I am terribly sorry for what I did, but believe I didn't mean to...
对于我做的事，我感到十分抱歉。但请你相信,我并非有意要……
6. I apologize most sincerely for what I said that day. I didn't mean to hurt you.
我诚挚地为那天我说的话向你道歉。我不是有意伤害你的。

二 高分中间段：
1. I feel awfully sorry about it and I wonder if it's convenient for you to make it another
time.
为此我感到非常抱歉，我想知道你是否方便另约时间。
2. Much to my regret, I was unable to.….and I wish that my apology could help to some
extent.
很遗憾,我不能够……希望我的道歉在某种程度上能起到作用。
3. I’m afraid I have brought you too much trouble and I want you to know how regretful I am
feeling.
恐怕我给你带来了太多麻烦，同时我也想让你知道对此我觉得很抱歉。
4. I just do not know what to say about the matter.关于这件事我不知该说些什么。
5. I want to let you know how regretful I am feeling now.
我想让你知道现在我是多么遗憾。
6. I did not mean to hurt your feelings.
我不想伤害你的感情。
7. I feel you are displeased at my failing to keep my promise, but I hope you will forgive me.
恐怕你会因为我的失约而不高兴，但是希望你能原谅我。
三 高分结尾段：
1. Anyhow, I sincerely hope that we can fix another time for…Will you be available this Sunday morning?
无论如何，我真心希望我们可以再找一个时间……这个星期天早上你有空吗？
2. Shall we put it off till this Sunday morning? We can go earlier so that we will have more time to read and
chose books.
我们把它推迟到这个星期天早上好吗？我们可以早点去，这样我们就有更多的时间阅读和选择书籍。
3. Once again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused .
对于造成的不便，我再次表示歉意。
4. I sincerely hope that you will be able to understand my situation and accept my apologies.
我衷心希望你能理解我的处境,并接受我的道歉。
5. Please allow me to say sorry again
请允许我再次表示歉意。
6. I'm sorry for all the inconvenience.
我为引起的所有不便表示歉意。
7. Please accept my sincere apology once more for any inconvenience caused.
对于任何带来的不便，请再次接受我真诚的道歉。
【高分模板 】
Dear________，
I am excessively sorry to tell you that________(陈述道歉原因).Now Iam writing you this letter of
apology to show my deep regret.
I hope you will understand me and excuse me for________(请求对方原谅的事由).The reason for my
delay/absence was/is that________(解释道歉原因).Therefore，I sincerely hope that you can accept my
