第 3 讲 题型分类应对
根据近几年的高考来看，应用文写作的体裁越来越不局限于单纯的书信等应用文体。发
言稿、报刊投稿、宣传稿、新闻报道类、记人和叙事的短文在近几年新高考卷、浙江卷和全
国卷中频繁出现。所以对于各种文体的写作，在备考中要做好充分的准备。
类型一 书信和电子邮件类
第一组 邀请信、道歉信和申请信
邀请信是邀请收信人参加某项活动的信件，包括展览、节日聚会、聚餐、担任比赛的评
委或在讲座上发言等。在写作时，语气要热情、真挚，不要强人所难；叙事要清楚、明白。
写作结构如下：
常用句式
1．I am writing to invite you to.../I’m writing to tell you that there will be a．..
我写信邀请你……/我写信告诉你有一个……
2．I am very pleased to invite you to participate in...to be held in...
我很高兴邀请你参加在……举行的……

申请信是指写信人想申请某个职位或某个项目而向收信人提出请求的信件。一般常考的
内容有申请成为志愿者、加入俱乐部或参加夏令营、留学项目等。申请信是非常正式的信件，
所用语言也应该正式、简洁和准确，语气要礼貌。写作结构如下：常用句式
1．I’m writing to apply for the position of...
我写信申请……的职位。
2．I’m now writing to you in the hope of filling in the job vacancy.
我写信给您是希望能够填补这个职位的空缺。

建议信是向别人提出合理的建议，让对方接受自己的想法、主张并解决有关问题的一类

第三组 求助信、咨询信和告知信
求助信是针对自己目前遇到的困难写信请求对方给予帮助的信件类型，因此语气要委婉、
真诚，并要向收信人表示感谢。文章应用一般现在时，当描述自己得到帮助后的进步时应用
一般将来时。写作结构如下：常用句式

事先准备好的文稿。发言稿在语言使用上一定要准确简明、通俗易懂、层次清楚、条理分明。
