命题解读
通知又称为通告或布告(Notice)，是部署工作、传达事情、召开会议所使用的一种文体。其格式如下：
1．标题。书面通知要在正文的正上方写上Notice或大写NOTICE。
2．正文。即通知的内容。
3．落款。书面通知要标明通知的时间和单位名称。书信式通知的日期可写在右上角；布告式通知的时间一般
放在正文的左下角，要低于落款(单位名称)。
写作步骤万能句式
1．开头用语
May I have/call your attention，please?
请大家注意一下，好吗？
Attention，please，everybody！
请大家注意！
I have an announcement to make.
我有一件事情要宣布。
I have something to tell you.
我要告诉大家一些事情。
2．正文部分常用语
There will be a talk this afternoon.
今天下午将有一场讨论会。
The Student Union has decided that...
学生会已决定……
We shall have a lecture on...
我们将举行关于……的讲座。
It has been decided that we’ll pay a visit to...
已经决定我们将参观……
3．结尾部分常用语
I hope you can have a good time.
