话题综述
活动报道是媒体传递信息最常使用的新闻手段。为了让读者对整个事情有个清楚的了解，英语新闻报
道（或评论）必须包含五个要素，即：时间（when），地点（where），人物（who），事件（what）以及
原因（why）。新闻报道是以客观事实为基础的朴实的文体，但是写作过程中仍然要根据不同的内容灵活
运用各种表达手法：或叙述，或描写，或议论或夹叙夹议。新闻报道的语言应该是具体真实的，尽量少用
抽象的概念。同时，时态上一般都是一般过去时和一般现在时的结合。
通知有两种，即口头通知和书面通知。口头通知要有称呼用语。如：在正式场合用的Ladies and
gentlemen,对学生用的Boys and girls 等。书面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT
标志。
话题构思/模板
活动报道（或评论）必须包含五个要素，即：时间（when），地点（where），人物（who），事件
（what）以及原因（why）。
通知通常包括三部分内容：
1. 引起注意，表明目的；
2. 主要内容（时间、地点以及内容等）；
3. 邀请参加+注意事项。
