题型目录一览
通知
一、知识点梳理
通知的类型总体上分为两种，分别是口头通知和书面通知。通知的文章结构可以两段
也可以三段，基本内容包括三个部分：称呼语、正文、结束语。但两种通知不同的是，书
面通知有标题，例如Notice，同时书面通知还需要在最后写明发通知的单位名称，同时写
出通知发出的时间，而口头通知是不需要的；口头通知开头一般有称呼语，例如 Boys and
girls等，结束时有结束语，例如That’s all.Thank you,书面通知则不需要。最后，口头通知
需要信息接收人在最短的时间清楚理解所通知内容，所以语言要简练，尽量避免使用较长
的复合句。
