五、道歉信
道歉信通常是在因自己的过失或疏忽给别人带来了麻烦或损失并发觉的情况下，为了向
对方表示歉意而写的信件。具体写作结构如下：
1．I’m terribly/awfully sorry I couldn’t...
十分抱歉我不能……
2．It is much to my regret that...我感到很遗憾……
3．I feel it a great pity to...我感到非常遗憾……
4．I have no choice but to say sorry to you.
我别无选择，只能向你道歉。
5．Anyhow，I sincerely hope that we can fix another time for...Will you be available this Sunday
morning？无论如何，我真心希望我们可以再找一个时间……这个星期天早上你有空吗？
6．Shall we put it off till...?
