【命题解读】
书信类写作包括邀请信、感谢信、推荐信、求职信、祝贺信、告知信、求助信、建议信、
道歉信、咨询信以及慰问信等类别。
以下对投诉信、求助信类别提供对应的模板和基本写作技巧。
投诉信

I am writing to lodge complaints against ______(投诉原由). Here is the whole
story.

However，ignoring how reasonable my request was, the staff refused to make any

I am writing to lodge complaints against an unpleasant shopping experience at
your book store (投诉原由). Here is the whole story.
In the first place, I ordered a set of Bookworm Series on your website two weeks ago, but I
didn’t receive them until yesterday(问题一). In addition, the books were so poorly packed up that
the cover of one book was torn (问题二). Under these circumstances, I could not use the series wi th
one book missing (问题的结果) . Consequently, I asked to remedy the situation. However,
ignoring how reasonable my request was, the staff refused to make any
compensation with a poor attitude..
I sincerely hope you could look into the case. I would appreciate it if you return my
money or better deliver a new set of books to me(提供解决方案). Otherwise, I would seek

I am writing to lodge complaints against one of your bus-drivers’ improper and rude
behaviors (投诉原由). Here is the whole story.
Last Sunday, I was taking the No. 102 bus whose driver not only kept on talking with a man
loudly but also drove very fast(问题一). In addition, some passengers advised him to concentrate
on driving, but he didn’t pay any attention and drove even faster (问题二). Under these
circumstances, another passenger couldn’t bear it, asking the driver to keep the passengers’ safety
in mind. But the driver stopped the bus so suddenly that all the passengers nearly lost their balance (问
题的结果) .
I sincerely hope you could look into the case. I’ll appreciate it if you can take
measures to prevent such an incident happening again (提供解决方案).

求助信
【考情分析】
①第一种类型：请求提供信息如：“我”要去海外求学，请求对方提供相关学校的学费、住宿等信息。这种请求信也叫
“咨询信”，
【内容分析】
a.客观描述（靠翻译）
b.喜爱/推荐原因
重点准备：中国文化类，如节日，中国结，唐诗等中国元素相关的内容。
②第二种类型：请求对方付出建议或者某种行为（脑力或体力）
如：“我”要参加竞赛，请对方给“我”建议；
“我”是校报编辑，请求对方写文章。此种请求信也叫“约稿信”。
约稿信的变体：“我”是主办方代表，请求对方为某次展览提供摄影或绘画作品。
