广东重阳节天气晴好宜登高

Sunny Weather for Chongyang in Guangdong

Next Sunday is the Chongyang Festival. On this day, many people climb hills with their families. The weather in Guangdong looks fine for it.

These days, clouds are growing in the sky. Some places in the west may have light rain. In Guangzhou, it is sunny to cloudy, about 22 to 32 degrees. On Sunday, it will be cloudy and warm, between 24 and 33 degrees. That is good for climbing.

But the air is very dry. Fire risk is high in forests. People should not take fire into the hills. A typhoon may form far away in the sea, but it will not come near China in five days.

In the northeast and along the Yangtze River, farmers have finished over half of their fields. In the Huang-Huai-Hai area and the northwest, they have finished over seventy percent. On a farm in Heilongjiang, workers grew soybeans and got a record harvest.

Farmers use big machines to cut and collect the grain. They also dry the grain so that rain will not hurt it. This year's harvest is a little faster than usual, and people hope for a good year.

At the fair, Chinese companies show new things, such as robots, electric cars and smart machines. Many people from other countries come to buy them. The fair has never stopped in seventy years.

This year, the city of Guangzhou also holds food and music events. Visitors can try nice food and watch shows about local culture. People say the fair helps China and the world do business together.
