This evening, I helped two kids with their homework. They could hardly sit quietly and refused to check the mistakes. At first I felt upset and tired. Then I talked to my friend. She gave me some advice: split the tasks into short 5-minute parts. They could take a short break after finishing each part. It would still take lots of energy to manage them. But I will try my best. Besides, I told myself not to expect everything to be perfect. I learned that I need to keep a steady pace and look after my mood and body. I think things will be better and better.

昨天睡前带她读了一点时文阅读就睡着了，哈哈，催眠效果不错， 希望今天更早点。今天也是周末了，特别希望她周末能有一个好的作息习惯。
早睡有很多好处,只要规律的早睡半个月，就会出现明显的变化：1.皮肤的光泽度增加；2.精神状态好了；3.记忆力，反应速会提高哦。
