1.cooking dinner 做晚饭

例句：My mother is cooking dinner in the kitchen.

我妈妈正在厨房里做晚饭。

精讲：cook动词“做饭”；cooking是现在分词。

cook dinner = make dinner做晚饭。

2.watching TV 看电视

例句：They are watching TV on the sofa.

他们正在沙发上看电视。

✨易混辨析：watch / see / look 

- watch：观看动态画面（电视、比赛），专注看移动的事物

watch TV看电视；watch a game 看比赛

- look：强调“看”这个动作，后面接宾语要加at

Look at me!看着我！

- see：强调看的结果，“看见，看到”

I can see a cat.我能看见一只猫。

3.listening to music 听音乐

例句：The girl is listening to music.

这个女孩正在听音乐。

精讲：listen是不及物动词，后面加宾语必须加to。

listen to music固定搭配，music前面不加the。

4.watering the plants 浇植物；浇花

例句：She is watering the plants in the garden.

她正在花园浇花。

精讲：water此处作动词，表示“浇水”；名词意思是“水”。

5.walking the dog 遛狗

例句：He is walking the dog after dinner.

晚饭后他正在遛狗。

精讲：walk动词，除了走路，还可以表示“遛（动物）”。

6.cleaning the room 打扫房间

例句：I am cleaning the room now.

我现在正在打扫房间。

精讲：clean动词打扫；形容词：干净的。

7.feeding the fish 喂鱼

问句：What are you doing?你正在做什么？

✅结构：What + be动词(am/is/are) +主语 + doing?

用来询问此时此刻正在发生的动作

答句：I’m watering the plants.我正在浇花。

✅结构：主语+ be动词(am/is/are) + 动词‑ing

be动词一定要和主语匹配：

- I搭配 am → I’m doing

- you/复数搭配are → you are doing / they are doing

- he/she/单数搭配is → he is doing

例句拓展：

—What are they doing?他们正在做什么？

—They are watching TV.他们正在看电视。

拓展句子

What do you do at home?你在家做什么？

区别：这个是一般现在时，问平时习惯性做的事；

What are you doing?问此刻正在做的事。
