1. 首次询盘回复

适配：客户第一次问价、问产品、问参数

核心：快速回应、主动要信息、引导回复

2. 报价后首次跟进

适配：发完报价 / PI，1-2 天无回复

核心：温柔跟进，不骚扰，主动解决问题

Hi Sir/Madam,Hope you are doing well.Just follow up the quotation we sent for XXX item.Please let me know your opinion.If any price, packaging or technical problem,we can discuss for you.We will try our best to support your business.Best regards XXX

3. 议价跟进邮件

适配：客户说价格高、要求降价

核心：不轻易降价，用订单量谈空间

4. 长期沉默客户唤醒

适配：之前意向很好，突然不回消息

核心：低打扰，给台阶，激活老项目

5. 寄样跟进邮件

适配：样品备好、准备寄出 / 已寄样

核心：同步进度，体现专业度

6. 样品寄出回访邮件
