DearSir/Madam,
I am Li Hua, a student from Xinhua High School, your sister school in China. I am writing to
inquireabouttheonlineEnglishsummercoursesdesignedforinternationalstudents.
Could you be so kind as to tell me about the curriculum structure, such as the starting date and
the number of classes per week? Additionally, I’m also curious about the course materials, which are
totally free or to be paid? Furthermore, considering the time difference, I’m keen to get informed
whetherthelessonsaregiveninrealtimeorIcanreviewthematanytime?
I would be grateful if you could provide me with the above information at your earliest
convenience.Thankyouforyourtimeandassistance.
Yourssincerely,

Paragraph 1: Hearing this, we all felt relieved. Cheers and whoops(欢呼与呐喊) erupted from
our group as we gave each other a high--five, the tension of the day finally melting away. Some
of us even jumped up and down, our voices echoing across the classroom—Sarah clapped her
handssohardthat her cheeksflushed, whileTomlet out aloudwhistlethat madethedesknext to

kitten. After muchpersuasion, heagreed, andweburst intoanother roundof cheers. Followingit,
we excitedly piled into the school car, chatter filling the air about how the kitten might look now
andwhether it wouldremember our voices.
Paragraph 2: In the animal hospital, we saw the recovered kitten. It was a far cry from the frail,
trembling creature we had found. The once - injured leg was now healed, and it bounded around
its cage with enthusiasm. As soon as it caught sight of us, it let out a series of excited meows,
rubbing its body against the bars. We rushed forward, our hands reaching through the cage to pet
it gently. Some of us had brought small toys and treats, which the kitten pounced on with delight.
We spent a long time in the hospital, talking softly to the kitten, promising that it would never be
alone again. This little furry friend had not only recovered but also found a forever home in our
hearts.
