A Typical Day in Senior Three
According to a recent survey about Senior 3 students' routine, a typical day for them
is packed with academic work. They spend five and a half hours in class, and 4 hours on
homework. Compared with this, only half an hour is spent on exercise and less than 20
minutes on entertainment.
From my perspective, it's evident that this lifestyle is unhealthy and unreasonable, for
the reason that the time they use for study more than eight hours. Moreover, too little time
for exercise may have a bad influence on students' health.
I have some suggestions in order to solve this problem. Firstly, schools should increase
the time for sports. In addition, there should be a balance between study and recreation.
Only if we balance our academic work and relaxation, can we grow up both physically and
mentally.
