An Amazing School Art and Culture Festival
Last Friday witnessed an amazing and memorable School Art and Culture
Festival which lasted three days.
The festival kicked off with a vibrant opening ceremony, featuring various
parades of traditional costumes. The activity included a series of performances,
ranging from classical Chinese dances to dramatic plays. The most highlight was the
evening party, where students showcased brilliant performances , leaving the audience
deep impression.
This Culture and Art Festival was a resounding success, leaving a lasting
impression on all who attended as well as fostering a spirit of creativity and unity
among us./Participating in this festival was an enriching experience which made me a
renewed sense of pride in our school's cultural diversity. It not only provided a
platform for us to express ourselves but also deepened our understanding and
appreciation of different cultures.

“Or maybe we can bring them something else......” Henry murmured to himself. His
little mind was racing with ideas, trying to come up with something that would make
the firefighters smile and feel appreciated. "How about we make them some cookies?"
he suggested excitedly. "Or draw them some pictures? They can put them on the walls
of the fire station!" His enthusiasm was infectious, and we couldn't help but smile at
his creative ideas. We decided to go with the cookies and pictures plan, and spent the
next few days preparing for our little surprise. Henry was over the moon, eagerly
counting down the days until New Year's Day when we could finally take our gifts to
the firefighters.
I posted those photos online. The response was overwhelming. People were touched
by Henry's kindness and generosity, and many of them shared their own stories of
appreciation for the firefighters and other emergency workers in their communities.
Some even offered to join our efforts and bring gifts or donations to their local fire
stations. It was amazing to see how one small act of kindness could spark such a
positive chain reaction. Henry's simple idea had not only brightened the firefighters'
day but also brought our community together in a way we never expected. As we
drove to the fire station on New Year's Day, with our cookies, pictures, and hearts full
of gratitude, we couldn't help but feel proud of our little boy and the impact he had
made.
