十四、倡议书
倡议书属于应用文的一种，是为倡议或是发起某项活动而写的号召性的、公开提议性的
专用文体。倡议书一般由标题、称呼、正文、结尾、落款五部分组成。具体写作结构如下：
1．开头句
(1)I am writing to call on everyone to...and take an active part in...我写信是为了呼吁大家……并
积极参加……
(2)On behalf of the Students’ Council，I am writing to call on everyone to take part in...我代表
学生会写信呼吁大家参加……。
(3)In order to...，we arrange to organize a(n)．..activity with the theme of “...”，which is
designed to...为了……，我们安排组织一个主题为“……”的活动，其目的是……
(4)With the approach of...，our school is planning to organize a(n)．..activity whose theme is...随
着……的临近，我们学校正计划组织一次主题为……的活动。
(5)With the development/wide spread of...，more and more people...随着……的发展/广泛传播，
越来越多的人……
(6)Currently，there is an unpleasant phenomenon of...in society.目前，社会上有一种令人不愉快
的……现象。
2．中间句
(1)As we know，...is of great importance for us.
正如我们所知，……对我们来说非常重要。
(2)Besides，doing...is also beneficial/harmful to...此外，做……对……来说也是有益/害的。
(3)To meet the challenge of...，it’s high time that we should take action to...为迎接……的挑战，
是我们采取行动……的时候了。
(4)As a citizen，we are supposed to...作为一个公民，我们应该……
(5)It’s everyone’s responsibility to...If we can...，we can make a big difference to...……是每个
人的责任。如果我们能……，我们可以对……产生很大的影响。
3．结尾句
(1)Only if we do...，can we...只有我们做……，我们才能……(2)It is high time that we did/should do...Let’s take action right now！是时候该我们做……了。
让我们立即采取行动吧！
(3)Let’s join our hands and take action immediately.让我们携起手来，立即采取行动。
(4)I am convinced that，with our joint efforts，the phenomenon of...will disappear.我相信，在我
们的共同努力下，……的现象将会消失。
(5)Let’s take action right now! I’m convinced our efforts will eventually pay off.让我们现在就
行动起来吧！我相信我们的努力最终会有回报的。

代表学生会写一封倡议书，呼吁同学们在骑电动自行车时佩戴头盔。内容包括：
