四、感谢信
感谢信主要用于致谢他人的馈赠、款待、帮助以及对慰问信和祝贺信的回复。信件需要
写明感谢他人的理由，信文要感情真挚，措辞得体。具体写作结构如下：
1．开头句
(1)I’m extremely grateful/thankful to you for your unselfish assistance during...我非常感谢你
在……期间给予我的无私帮助。
(2)I wish to thank you from the bottom of my heart for...我要从心底感谢你，因为……
(3)I’m writing to convey/express my gratitude for your kind/generous help during...我写信是为
了表达我对你在……期间的好心/慷慨帮助的感激之情。
(4)I’d like to take this opportunity to express my great appreciation for your timely help and
support.我想借此机会对你及时的帮助和支持表示衷心的感谢。
(5)I’d like to convey my heartfelt thanks to you in this letter for your selfless help.我想在这封信
中表达我对你无私帮助的衷心感谢。
(6)On behalf of...，I’d like to extend my sincere gratitude for your help.我代表……想对你的帮
助表示衷心的感谢。
2．中间句
(1)You really added greatly to my convenience and pleasure of...你真的大大增加了我的方便和乐
趣……
(2)Many thanks for all the things you have done to help us to...非常感谢你为帮助我们……所做
的一切。
(3)Thanks to your generous/selfless/kind help，without which I wouldn’t have...感谢你慷慨/无
私/好心的帮助，没有你的帮助，我不可能……
(4)It was your generous help that enabled me to have a better understanding of...是你慷慨的帮助

3．结尾句(1)It was kind and generous of you to do these for me，and I appreciate it more than I can say.你为

(2)I wish there were a better word than “thanks” to express my appreciation for your generous
