Step1. Preview
①Read the new words on Page73-74 individually for several minutes. Then ask some
students to read the new words.
②Memorize the new words for several minutes, finish the exercises.(个人抢答)

Step2. Warming up and leading in
①T: Today is Monday, the weather is so nice. If today is Sunday, I will go to the
movies. (Write the sentence on the blackboard). What will you do if today is Sunday? Ask
some students to answer the question and help them answer it with the structures “If
today is Sunday, I will…” (Lead in First conditional if + will)
②Ask more questions to help the students to perceive and use “if+will”.If you have 100 yuan, what will you buy?
If you get up late on Monday, what will happen?
There is going to be a party in our school this Friday, I will go to the party. If I go to
the party, I will have a great time. How about you?( Help the students answer “If I go
to the party, I will have a great time, too.”)

Step3.Cooperation:
(1a)(我会搭配)Look at the four pictures in 1a and get some students to tell what they
see. Match the statements with the pictures (a-d) and check the answers.
【设计思路】此任务是学以致用,利用以上所学来向对方提出或拒绝或接受邀请,这样一来学
生在使用目标语中慢慢掌握了本节课重点内容.
Step4. Listening practice

Read the statements and responses in the chart, listen to the tape for twice and complete

the answers together.

归纳时态:if引导的条件状语从句,主句用 ,if从句用
时,一般由 + 构成。(“主将从现/主将if现”)
【设计意图】问答能让所有的学生都动起来,真正的让每一个学生都参与到课堂中来,也能很
好的训练学生的口语表达能力。
(1c Pairwork)Ask two students to read the sample dialogue. Get the students look at the
pictures in 1a and make their own conversations in pairs. Then ask some of pairs to
show their dialogues.(学生互评后教师再点评并鼓励)

(2c Role-play)Ask two students to read the sample dialogue, then get the students work
in pairs to role play the conversations between Nelly and Mark by using the information
in 2b.After several minutes, ask some of pairs to show their dialogues to the
class.(对积极展示的学生提出表扬,鼓励其他学生学习)

A: Hmm. If we have it today, half the class won’t

(2d Role-play)Get two students to read the sample dialogue, then ask the students to role
play the dialogue in pairs. Finally, divide the whole class into two big groups and read
the dialogue together.
Step6. Inquiry into knowledge by the group cooperation.
①have a good time=have a great/wonderful time=enjoy oneself 玩得开心、过得快乐
have a good time (in ) doing sth. 做某事很开心
②If you go to the party, you’ll have a great time.如果你去参加派对,你将会玩得开心。此句为含有if 引导的条件状语从句的复合句,if 引导的句子为从句,而另一句则为主句。if
在句中意为“如果,假如”。
If的用法
a) 引导条件状语从句,“如果”。if引导的条件状语从句既可放主句前,也可放主句后。当if
引导的条件状语从句放在主句前,即句首时,从句后面要用逗号与主句隔开。if引导的条件
状语从句,主句用一 般将来时,if从句用一般现在时表将来。“主将从现”

b)引导宾语从句,意为“是否“,可以和whether互换,if从句的时态根据具体语境而定。
I don’t know if he will come tomorrow.我不知道他明天是否会来。
③when to have a class party是“疑问词+动词不定式”结构
④half the class意为“一半的同学”,half此处用作形容词“一半的”,class是集体名词,
意为“全班同学”,是复数概念。
⑤ask sb. to do sth. “要求某人做某事” ask sb. not to do sth. 要求某人不要做某事。

用所给单词的适当形式填空。

亮点:
本节课我通过活动自然而然的引入学习内容,给出句子后让学生自己分析句子的共同点,自
己得出结论而不是教师填压给的,培养学生的观察、总结能力,特别是小组合作探究掀起了
本课的高潮,课后活动全体学生都动了起来,既巩固了所学知识,又训练了学生运用过去进
行时谈论过去某个时候所做的事的能力。
不足:
本节课容量较大,有三个听力内容,因此时间要安排得当,否则会造成前松后紧。
