2. 提出建议（英语水平、学习动机、性格特征等）
3. 简短结尾，期盼考虑，并希望得到回复
注意：
1. 问题和建议之间要有过渡
2. 语气要委婉得体
3. 提的建议要针对问题

Dear Ryan,
I am Li Hua, one of your students.
Regarding the grouping method for the oral
training course, I would like to raise some
concerns and suggestions. While it is true that
randomly mixing up students can encourage
more communication and interaction, there
may also be some potential issues to consider.
Firstly, random grouping can result in
students with vastly different speaking abilities
being paired together. This may make some
students with stronger communication skills
feel inhibited, while those with weaker
speaking skills may feel overwhelmed.
Additionally, some students may feel uneasy
and uncomfortable having to work with
unfamiliar classmates.
Therefore, I suggest that a more thoughtful
grouping method be adopted, such as grouping
students according to their exam grades,
verbal performance, or interests. This would
allow each student to practice their spoken
English with peers who are of a similar
proficiency level, and ones with similar
interests, which would serve to enhance
student motivation and confidence. This
approach also ensures that students with
varying abilities have opportunities to develop
their language skills.

The Historical Figure in China
As a history lover, many influential historic
figures are engraved in my mind. But what
comes to my mind is Confucius.
Confucius, also known as Kong Qiu, was a
Chinese philosopher and politician who lived
during the Spring and Autumn period. He is
widely considered one of the most important
figures in Chinese history and his teachings
have had a profound impact on Chinese culture
and society. Confucius believed in the
importance of education, morality, and social
order. He emphasized the importance of
respect for elders, loyalty to family, and the
pursuit of knowledge. His teachings were
compiled into a book called the Analects, which
has been studied and revered for centuries.
Confucius' influence can still be seen in modern
Chinese society, where his teachings continue
to be studied and applied in daily life.

Learn a new skill
The new skill i acquired was skating. The
process is challening but productive.
Innitially, on watching the Winter Olympics
Games in Beijing, I became enthusiastic about
skating. From then on, I was determined to
master this fascinating sport.However, at the
very beginning, when I stepped on the ice,
Istumbled over myself. Hard as I strive,I stillfell
over again and again. The moment I thought of
the athletes on the field, I was inspired by their
powerful spirits. Eventually, my persistence
and painstaking efforts paid off. I can skate
freely all by myself.
From the learning experience, I fully
understand that only by diligent practicing can
we overcome many kinds of difficulties. And
eventually, we can have a good command of
what we desire to learn.
