Today, I'd like to share with you how the Internet has transformed my life. As we all know, the
Internet has made it easier to communicate, learn and interact with each other, reshaping the world

As for me, the network benefits me in many ways. For studying, it has provided me with access
to a vast array of resources, enabling me to study topics beyond the scope of my textbooks. Not only

Finally it was the day to go home and Ariana started to pack. She carefully folded her clothes
and placed them into her suitcase, making sure not to forget anything. As she packed, she couldn't
help but smile, thinking about how happy she would be to see her family again. She had missed
them so much, especially her little sister, Liliana, whom she had shrugged off so carelessly when
she first came to the boarding school. At this moment, a feeling of happiness mixed with regret arose
spontaneously. She couldn’t wait to get out of the dorm, leaving the unfriendly classroom and the
girls behind, and she was more than excited to go back home to hug her little sister.
Paragraph 2:
Ariana was leaving the dorm when she realized she forgot something important. She had
forgotten to take the pile of letters from her family that she had been hiding under her pillow. The
letters were of great importance to her, which gave her the confidence and courage to carry on when
she was having the toughest time. She quickly ran back to her room and grabbed them, clutching

M: Good afternoon, everyone, I’m John and I’m glad to be here today. I started playing golf about
18 years ago—when I was 12, though I didn’t really take it seriously until four years later. My dad
was crazy about golf. He’d like to watch the international competitions on TV and he’d ask me to
watch them with him. Looking back, when I told my teachers that I wanted to become a professional
golfer, they all tried to put me off. I wish they’d given me support. That wasn’t particularly
surprising, I suppose, especially a few years ago—everyone thought golf was just a game for the
rich while my parents were just blue-collar workers. I think it’s a little different today, but not much.
For example, I think the government should do something for young people who play golf, like
allowing them to hire good quality equipment at a reasonable price. Having said that, what really
seems to be making a difference among younger people is the huge success of some young British
players these days. I’m in this sport because I like it and I can make a reasonable income from it. It
hasn’t made me enormously wealthy, but it’s given me huge enjoyment over the years.
