DearMark,
Learning that you are addicted to scrolling through short videos, which has led to a noticeable decline in your
academicperformance,I’mwritingtoexpressmysincereconcernandoffersomesuggestions.
I totally understand that short videos can help us relax after a busy and tiring day, so it’s natural to be attracted by
them.However,wehavetoadmitthatindulginginshortvideosisharmful.Notonlydoesitconsumeyourvaluabletime,
but it also weakens your concentration, making it difficult for you to keep up with your schoolwork. To solve the
problem, I suggest that you cut down on screen time and engage yourself in more meaningful activities. For example,
you can take regular exercise or read books to resist the urge of endless video scrolling. Besides, listening to soft music
isalsoagoodchoicetohelpyourelaxwithoutaffectingyourstudy.
Hopefully, you can make positive changes soon and develop a healthier lifestyle. Looking forward to your good
news!

DearMark,
Hearing thatyou are addicted to scrolling through short videos andyour schoolwork has fallen behind, I’m writing
toshowmysincereconcern.
There is nodoubt thatspendingtoo muchtime on shortvideos does great harm. It wastes your precious study timeand distracts your attention. What worries me most is thatthis habit may gradually weaken your self-discipline, making
it harder for you to achieve your long-term goals. However, what you’re going through is completely understandable in
such a digital age, and there is no need to feel ashamed. What matters most is that we face it together. It is highly
recommended that you set a daily time limit for short videos to avoid overindulgence. Besides, you can replace
meaningless scrolling with healthier activities like reading or exercising, which can relax youself and improve your
focus.
Ibelieveyoucanbalancestudyandentertainmentwell.Lookingforwardtoyourprogress!

选A项。
