初中英语名师程欢/无生试讲的天花板,演绎台下有学生模板级示范,出道即巅峰——听一百节好课(39/100)写桂婷婷的老师的先暂时告一段落，我发现她的课很多都是用来讲绘本的，是可以自己选择所讲的材料和课程资源的，而对于一线很多老师来说，没有太多选择的机会，只能作为一个补充，后面有时间再具体归纳和拆解一下她的课本绘本经验。 还是回到普通一线老师，常用的可能比赛竞选的时候，所需要演出的无生试讲。天花板示范来了，程欢老师古早的全国中小学初中组的一等奖。 模仿是学习的最快方式，而模仿优秀的老师则是效率最高，成效最好的选择。 看到了程欢老师的来时路，所有人无生试讲只需要学习这一个就够了，比赛试讲的时候可以秒杀全场。 这是2017年第一届初中教学能力竞赛，程欢老师的无生上课值得所有老师花时间去看。 
清晰的讲解，台下有学生的感觉，板书的设计和基本功， 以及提问时语言互动的技巧，过渡语的设计 每一项都值得反复观看。 全文背诵，文末有个人手搓版逐字稿。 
最突出的特点是，演出来有学生的感觉，充分的师生互动，以生为本。 一开始打招呼的时候就走到台下，只在引入唱歌的时候看了一眼课件，整个唱歌的时候，看前面三张图片，完全是左中右平均三秒环视台下学生。 即面向全体学生，开场就已经赢了。 同时在三个问题的自由讨论和一问一答中，就已经体现出来老师眼里有学生，老师在这过程中模拟学生回答并给出反馈。 欣赏: T:so I wonder.who is your sunshine?you，please。 S:your parents? 语调上扬，同时有侧耳走进模拟提问学生。 T:that is a very sweet answer and I believe you are sunshine to your parents as well. 评价也是对着学生说一部分之后，同时再环视其他学生。 and anyone else,okay? so you mean,your pet ，your pet cat. well,I believe it must bring you a lot of joy. thank you. and how about you ?angel ,who is your sunshine? 能演出来有学生的感觉是最重要的一点。用三个假设反馈，落实了自由讨论。 
注意老师站位，从台上到台下，左右兼顾，手势引导。 
看过渡语，讨论后通过进一步追问引入主题，依旧面向学生。 对比自己简直是个渣渣，看自己的试讲视频发现大部分时间都在看ppt还以为自己已经很熟练了，哪怕这准备也花了快一周的时间，程欢老师的这节课肯定背后所花费的时间和精力更多。 如此丰富的内容，这才只是开头的三分钟，预测、唱歌、引入话题完成，并且始终眼里有学生，基本上就已经看出来水平了。 对于很多评委老师，他们开头几分钟都是不会看教学设计的，直接看你讲，基本上讲一两分钟就能看到你的水平，是否吸引人和有干货，和自媒体视频的开头黄金五秒是一样的道理。 下面具体衔接教学步骤和逐字稿以及个人看的主观感受。 红色标注为过渡语和任务，可迁移课堂使用。 Lead in:sing a song all right,good morning,everyone.welcome to my class to start this marvellous day .let's sing a very lovely song. well,we've done it in grade seven,right? （七年级有相关的话题，纵向化知识体现） so,let’s sing it together. you are my sunshine,my only sunshine， you make me happy with guys are great. you never know dear how much I love you,so please don't take my sunshine away。 老师完全清唱，很好听。 Free talk: WOW,beautiful sing. so I wonder.who is your sunshine? you，please。 S:your parents T:that is a very sweet answer and I believe you are sunshine to your parents as well. and anyone else,okay? so you mean,your pet ，your pet cat. well,I believe it must bring you a lot of joy. thank you. and how about you ?angel ,who is your sunshine? 具体有学生名字，到提问第三个学生的时候，又重复提醒问题。 同时有一到两秒的停顿，眼神和身体自然向提问学生倾斜。 your friend Betty，so what do you guys often do together？everything ？well,I think you are truly connected . just like angel said, friends are super important in our lives. 语音上重音明显，得出没在课本上的结论，语速明显放慢。 right? so actually we can't live without friends .then do you have a friends?and who is your friend? 这里的设计，是用自设自答的学生回答问题，引入下一个问题。 jack,who is the friend? your roommate, well,I'm so happy that you guys get along with each other very well and.how about you? so your friend was in America,all right? so you guys are pen friends. 为引入主题，朋友之间的故事做了良好的铺垫。 how did you guys meet each other? how did you become friends? WOW,so you went to America for a summer camp.you are truly brought together by fate. well,thank you for sharing your stories,and today we are going to read a story about friendship.as well,please look at this picture.could you predict what the story might be about? 
the story between two girls. obviously andlook at their appearance. what do you think of them? very beautiful,right? what do we wear on their faces?the smile. that's right. 板书微笑弧度 all right,and.actually,the story is titled a beautiful smile,just like the picture said. 
the writer was张北 but question is,who's smile? what's zhang bei’s? What’s someone else and when、where did the story happen? please open your books and read very fast,find the answers. so the first one : whose smile was it.a girl right. and when did it happen? all right, the boy.yes, when John was thirteen years old, part of the answer. 亮点，这里复杂的问题，设计成学生共同回答完成。 different ideas？ yeah,it was the early autumn of the first year. yeah,just put this two answers together. that's the perfect one. thank you 转身看ppt的时候，说thank you ,同时用不同的语调说出最后一个问题。 and where did it happen?at zhang bei new school ,excellet job ,right 三个问题，至此内容方面梳理完整。 接着换角度:文章是如何组织的，结构是咋样的。 
And then,how did the writer organized the passage? in the order of time or space.？ 给出提示 what's your opinion? so time,why do you think so? could you find any key words like? 
well,yes,you are right。 right time and the keywords are at first. one day and now,so according to this timeline place to read very carefully this time. And fill the blanks.then you will know what happen. should we check the answers? so.the group sone,at first, nobody knew me and how was I feel？ very lonely lonely 遇到第一次出现的单词且是重要的排列在黑板一侧 桂也是如此。 
what happened? a girl look at me and smiled,that's right. and so how did I feel? still lonely? oh.she felt something happy,lively and warm. Now,what somebody like?the girl has become her best friend good.这里多个问题，加快速度，有详有略 now,she believes that the world is what you think it is. and now what kind of opinion does John behold now? smile at the world and？-it will smile back. great job. so we can see that the smile. very important to the girl in the story. how did the smile change her feelings? let's draw the mood line according to the time. Look at ,picture。at first.one day now. this three of time periods,so how did John feelings change the crowding to the timeline?please discusst with the partner and draw the mood line. 通过提示把文章重要信息进行概括 
接着找具体细节性信息。 
在语境中讲单词，英文释义解释，和语境中同步进行/图片法，这里单词讲解设计的很妙，自然而然，同时又是亮点。 
这个讲胶水glue手势绝了。 
同步板书也梳理完善好了。 又有亮点，视觉效果好，同时还模拟邀请学生，并给反馈。 so you want to draw?the line on the board. thank you.模拟有学生在黑板上画出来 so this is the good once work. do you have any different opinions? so good t What’s your opinion？ You mean,here,one day a little bit down here, why do you think so? 
后面更有压轴亮点，角色模拟和扩展，先放出完整流程的图片。 
下篇文章再继续把后面流程的逐字稿和分析写出来，真不行了。 一方面是信息密度太大了，程欢老师值得学习的点看多了，其次是，信息密度太大，看的也会烦，吸收不进去。 实际上是是我真肝不动了，看视频加解析写文章，六个小时，才算是把一半完成，刚一看，全放要近万字了。 一半五千多，能一下看完，也真的只有很少一部分有学习能力和思考能力、专注能力的人能做到了。 最后夸夸我文章的读者，现在这个时代里没有被短视频过多影响，三十多篇文章，每篇文章平均有五千多阅读量，这意味着还是要有一部分人是能静下心看长文，学习精进的。respect! 欢迎一起留言交流讨论，评课学习。明天下篇文章见。
